Studies On Biological Characteristics And Relationship Among Paeonia Lactiflora Cv. 'Huangjinlun' And Some Cultivars

Sudies were made on some cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora from different aspects. Some methods as phenological observation and karyotpe analysis and ISSR analysis were used to study the genetic relationship,expecting that the results would provide some information for identification of cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora and breed improvement. Get conclusions as follows:â‘ The color of different part of cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora. having crucial relevance.Such as Paeonia lactiflora cv.'huangjinlun' which have the pronounced relevance.;â‘¡The karyotype formulae of cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora.was 2n=10=6m+2sm+2st, belong to Stebbins's 2A type.There is no pronounced difference from different of cultivars.â‘¢ISSR anlysis was used for pereliminary indentification of relationship among cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora.and wild species. Paeonia lactiflora cv.'huangjinlun' have a pronounced difference from other cultivars.
