Phytase can decompose phytate in the feedstuffs and release phytate phosphorus,efficiently increasing the utilization of phytate phosphorus and reducing the phytic acid'santinutritional ability in the feed, phytase can enhance the digestive rate of other nutrientmatter, improve production performance of fish and decrease polluted, substance releasingin Aqatic Animal, it also can lessen the eduction ofphytate and decrease the pollution to theenvironment. The suitable phytase was chosen in the research for Aquatic Animal, weadded phytase with different levels in the feed, to study on the growth, phytate phosphorusavailability, digestive enzymes activity and other physiological index of Carassius auratusgibelio, probed into the function of phytase on fish feed, to offer the theoretical evidencefor the exploration and application on phytase.1. Effects of phytase on growth and muscle composition of Carassius auratus gibelioThree hundred and sixty Carassius auratus gibelio fingerlings (average weight 12.0g)was divided into four groups randomly, namelyⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, andⅣgroup, which had threeduplicates. The group I was control, fed with basic diet,the others were tested groups,added 500U/kg, 1000U/kg, 1500U/kg.phytase respectively in the basal diet. Raised forsixty days, calculated weight gain rate, food conversion ratio, rate of degradation of phytatephyosphorus and the content of body composition. The results showed:(1)The phytase enhanced Carassius auratus gibelio growth and reduced feed conversionratio, and the best concentration of phytase is 1000U/kg.(2)The phytase improved Carassius auratus gibelio the utilization of phytatephosphorus and decreased excretion of phytate phosphorus in the feces, the optimal level ofphytase added in the basic diet was 1000U/kg, which the tested group was improvedsignificantly (P<0.05).(3)The phytase enhanced the content of calcium, phosphorus, protein in. the muscle ofthe Carassius auratus gibelio. The phytase enhanced the content of trace element in themuscle of Carassius auratus gibelio. 2. Effects ofphytase on digestive enzyme activities and evacuation velocity of Carassiusauratus gibelioThree hundred and sixty Carassius auratus gibelio fingerlings (average weight 12.0g)was divided into four groups randomly, namelyⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ, andⅣgroup, everyone ofwhich had three duplicates. The I group was contrast, fed with basic diet,the others weretested groups, added 500U/kg, 1000 U/kg, 1500U/kg phytase respectively in the basic diet.Raised for sixty days, computed digestive enzymes activity and evacuation velocity. Theresults showed:(1)The activities of protease, lipase of hepatopancreas were increased significantly(P<0.05), the activities of amylase ofhepatopancreas were descend significantly (P<0.05).(2)Ttie activities of lipase of intestine was increased significantly (P<0.05), the activitiesof amylase of intestine were lower than the control group. the activities of protease ofintestine were lower than the control group, someone increased.(3)The phytase increased the trend of evacuation velocity of Carassius auratus gibelio...
