With one-way gradient design, Carassius auratus gibelio (average initial weight about 6g) were fed with basal formulated diet supplemented with 0mg/kg, 100mg/kg, 200mg/kg, 400mg/kg complex enzyme preparation;0mg/kg, 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg, 200mg/kg xylanase respectively. After 56 days, effects of enzyme preparation on the growth, the digestive enzymes activities in intestine and non-specific immune functions of Carassius auratus gibelio were studied. And effects of on the aqual-environment with adding enzyme preparation in the basal diet were studied simply. The studies main results were shown as the follows:1. In the complex enzyme preparation trial, the weight gain rate, specific growth rate and the apparent digestibility of crude protein, phosphonium and energy with adding amount 200mg/kg complex enzyme preparation were highest among all groups and significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); its feed conversion ratio was lowest among all groups and significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). In the xylanase trial, the weight gain rate, specific growth rate and the apparent digestibility of crude protein, phosphonium and energy with adding amount 100mg/kg xylanase were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); its feed conversion ratio was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).These results suggested that, Carassius auratus gibelio diet with adding 200mg/kg of complex enzyme preparation and 100mg/kg xylanase respectively could significantly improve the apparent digestibility of feed , enchance growth performance and decline the feed conversion ratio.2. The ratio of flesh in whole body, content of crude protein, crude fat, crude ash and moisture in the muscle of Carassius auratus gibelio had no significant difference compared to the control group with adding complex enzyme preparation in the basal diet (P>0.05); the content of crude protein in the muscle of Carassius auratus gibelio with adding xylanase was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), but not affect on the ratio of flesh in whole body, content of crude fat, crude ash and moisture in the muscle of this fish (P>0.05).3. In the complex enzyme preparation trial, the activities of protease in the foregut, the activities of amylase in the foregut and hindgut with adding amount 200mg/kg complex enzyme preparation were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05); the activities of protease in the hindgut, the activities of xylanase in the foregut and hindgut with adding amount 200mg/kg and 400mg/kg complex enzyme preparation were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05) ,but these two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). In the xylanase trial, the activities of protease in the foregut with adding amount 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg xylanase were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05) ,but these two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); the activities of amylase in the foregut and hindgut with adding amount 50mg/kg xylanase were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05); the activities of xylanase in the foregut and hindgut with adding amount 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg xylanase were significantly increased compared with the other groups(P<0.05), but these two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). These results suggested that, Carassius auratus gibelio diet with adding 200mg/kg of complex enzyme preparation and 50-100mg/kg xylanase respectively could significantly improve the activities of protease, amylase and xylanase in intestine of Carassius auratus gibelio(P<0.05).4. In the complex enzyme preparation trial, lysozyme activities in serum, the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities in serum, spleen with adding amount 200mg/kg complex enzyme preparation were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05); SOD activities in hepatopancreas with adding amount 100mg/kg were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05); SOD activities in head kidney with adding amount 100mg/kg and 200mg/kg were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05), but these two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). In the xylanase trial, SOD activities in serum, spleen, hepatopancreas and head kidney of Carassius auratus gibelio with adding amount 50mg/kg xylanase were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05); lysozyme activities in serum with adding amount 50mg/kg and 100mg/kg xylanase were significantly increased compared with the other groups (P<0.05), but these two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). These results suggested that, Carassius auratus gibelio diet with adding 200mg/kg of complex enzyme preparation and 50mg/kg xylanase respectively could significantly improve SOD activities in serum, spleen, head kidney, and lysozyme activities in serum of this fish(P<0.05).5. The enzyme preparation adding to the diet could reduce cumulation on aqual-environmental total nitrogen and total phosphorus. There was significantly lower compared with the control group cumulation on aqual-environmental total nitrogen and total phosphorus with adding amount 200mg/kg complex enzyme preparation (P<0.05), and cumulation on aqual-environmental total phosphorus with adding amount 100 mg/kg xylanase (P<0.05).
