| 43 crossbred beef catties that were about 1.5 years old, 230.24±44.16kg(P>0.05)weight were selected and divided into 3 groups according to completely randomized experimental design. The catties were supplied different diets composed by different ratio of concentrate supplements, lees biology supplements, and ryegrass, the diets contented different energy and protein levels. The experiment lasted 90d, and the results were as the following: ADG of treatment I , II, and III were 1170, 1340, and 1290g/d respectively, ADG of treatment II higher than treatment I and treatment III 14.53% (P<0.05)and 3.88% (P>0.05)respectively; the DM/ADG of the three treatments were 7.24, 6.11 and 6.23kg, treatment II lower than treatment I and III 15.61% (P<0.01)and 1.93%(P>0.05) respectively. NEmf efficiencies of the 3 treatments were 24.82, 23.86 and 26.11 MJ/kg, treatment II higher than treatment I and III 3.87%(P>0.05)and 8.62 %(P>0.05)respectively; PER of the 3 treatments were 0.89, 1.08, and 1.07, treatment II higher than treatment I and III 21.35%(P<0.01) and 0.93% (P>0.05)respectively.Costs of the 3 treatments were per kg LW5.99, 5.83, and 6.58¥, the per kg LW cost of treatment II lower than treatment I and III 0.16 and 0.75¥.DR, NMR, MRC, marble grade were, beef chroma, fat chroma, pH, water binding, shears power; the beef CP, EE, and ash(P>0.05).Rate of cooking were 71.11%, 68.32% , and 59.64% (P<0.01), beef total AA of treatment II higher than treatment III and I 8.69% and 0.60% respectively(17.752:16.332, 17.752:17.646); beef NAA of treatment I higher than treatment III and II 4.31% and 0.86% respectively(9.750:9.347, 9.750:9.667); beef flavour AA of treatment II higher than treatment III and I 19.01% and 2.42%(5.709:4.797,5.709:5.574).Summarized from the results; intakes of NEmf,CP and ratio of NE/CP were relative to ADG, conversion of feed, conversion rate between CP and NEmf, and cost. The experiment demonstrated that diet II was the best. It had the highest efficiency and got the best results. |
