Choose growth cattle with better development,sources of varieties,which are hybridization of Angus cattles and local.The average weight is about 367.87±41.97 kg.The number of cattle is 54,and were randomly divided into nine groups,using L9?34?orthogonal design,with different sources of protein fodder,L-Lys.HCL,choline+betaine,vitamin E+vitamin C levels of different additive factor for four tests.Sources of protein from soybean meal,DDGS+rapeseed dregs,rapeseed dregs;L-Lys.HCL contains three levels: 0%,50%,100%;Choline,betaine,vitamin E and vitamin C were set to three levels: 0%+100%,50%+50%,100%+0%.This experiment attempts to find out the four factors which was affected on cattle green coarse dry matter intake?DMI?,growth?average daily gain?,protein?biological value,the precipitation amount?and the energy conversion efficiency?deposition,deposition energy/metabolism energy?under different feeding program.So that,to select the best optimization scheme,provide reference for Chinese beef cattle recycling use.During the trial period,choline?0.15%?and betaine?0.031%?have a best effect on average daily gain?ADG?,DMI,protein biological value?BV?,protein precipitation amount,weight gains,in turn,1270 g,4.67 kg,34.92%,206.80 g and 17.67 yuan,respectively.Compared with 0%+100%,100%+0%,relative increased by 3.07% and 10.24% respectively?P<0.05?;0.71%,1.50%;3.44%,14.26%?P<0.05?;7.96%,7.46%;3.56%,21.56%?P<0.01?.0.026% vitamin E have a better effect on ADG,BV,the influence of protein precipitation amount,comparing with 0%+100%,50%+50%?P>0.05?.Among different protein sources,DDGS +rapeseed dregs instead of soybean dregs has a promoting effect on the energy and protein deposition.0.13% of L-Lys.HCL had no adverse effect on cattle fattening.Results show that the fattening cattle feed supplements,0.13% of the conventional lysine hydrochloride in DDGS+meal as protein source,at the same time,with 0.15% of the 0.031%of choline and betaine,0.026% of vitamin E for sources of vitamin,can improve theperformance of beef cattle production,increase economic efficiency.Fattening beef cattle feed supplement to conventional lysine hydrochloride DDGS+ rapeseed meal,0.13% for protein sources,and 0.15% of the 0.031% of the 0.026% betaine,choline,vitamin E as a source of vitamin,can improve the production performance of beef cattle and increase economic benefits.
