| Polyphenols and antioxidant capacity in different organs of Muscat Hamburg in the whole growth periods, and the effects of seedlessness treatment on polyphenols and antioxidant capacity of Muscat Hamburg were studied. The main results are as follows:1. From the beginning of blooming period to the ripening period of Muscat Hamburg, the content of polyphenols in different organs decreased at first, and then increased with the development of the grape berry. The content of polyphenols in leaf, stem, and tentril decreased with the development of the grape berry, became the lowest in the fast growth stage of grape berry, and then increased to a certain degree. While the content of polyphenols in fruit skin decreased at the beginning of growing period of grape berry and became the lowest in the period of grape ripening period, and then increased to a certain degree. The content of PAs decreased in the whole growth period. There was no obvious change in grape pulp and the content of ployphenols was very low.2. The remarkable positive correlation between the antioxidant capacities of grapevine organs and polyphenols was found. The method of using ABTS+·, DPPH and O2-·scanvenging to measure the antioxidant capacities is convenient, efficient and feasible.3. The contents of polyphenols in the leaf was the higheat and then the order was fruit skin>stem≥tendril>pulp. The distribution of PAs was in the order of fruit skin>leaf>stem≥tendril>pulp.4. Seedlessness treatments increased the contents of polyphenols and antioxidant capacity in leaf, stem and tentril, while decreased them in skin and pulp.
