In this research, we use of the technology of solid state fermentation to produce single cell protain (SCP) and Flucic acid with vegetable wastes as the main raw materials added some accessories. In research of producting SCP under fermentation condition, the suitable inoculation proportion and strain combination for fermentation of vegetable waste were obtained by conventional screening methods and mixed strain combination experiment; the optimum nitrogen source, abio-salt and their inoculation ratio of the culturing medium were obtained by solid-state fermentation experiment; the fermentation conditions were obtained by perpendicular orthogonal test. Results show that when the fermentation strain ration of Trichoderma viride,Geotrichum candidum and Candida utilis is 1:2:2, and the inoculation is about 10%, (NH2)2CO 1%, (NH4)2SO4 1.5%, MgSO4 0.2%, K2HPO4 0.4% and 0.4% Ca(H2PO4)2.H2O , adopting a craft of the immortalization germ solid-ferment, a 100g in the triangle bottle with 1000 mL, temperature 27℃, ferment a 96 hours, the outcome protein content is up to 15.97%, raising 75%.In research of producting Fulvic acid under fermentation condition, the technology of solid state fermentation and extraction of Fulvic acid with vegetable wastes has been studied. The optimized material ratio of vegetable waste to ean cake to bran was 100:4:3 by the orthogonal experiments and two step solid state fermentation was used for Fulic acid production. Firstly, Trichoderma viridae and Trichoderma koningii were inculated respectively in the ratio of 3% in the meantion time. The solid substrates were fermented in pH=6, at 28℃for 8d and then exterminated. Secondly ,Candida tropicalis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Bacillus subtlis and Corynebacterium sp.were inoculated respectively in the ration of 3% at the sametime. The solid substrates were incubated for 10d.The yield of fulvic acid reaches 43.39% under the optimized conditions. The orthogonal experiment that the optimum conditions of extraction from fermenting products were that density of sodcum hydroide concentration is 3.5%, extracted at 70℃for 1.0h, the purity of Fulvic acid was 43.42% of the cured production. Fulvic acid was further extracted from alkaline extract with potassium permanganate solution in order to oxidate degradation under optimizied conditions of the ratio of 0.25mol/L potassium permanganate to sodium humate solution by 6:l(voluminal ratio),pH=12 at 85℃oxidative degradation for 0.5h, the yield of Fluvic acid was 1.06g/L.Solid state fermentation of SCP and Flucic acid with vegetable as the main raw materials were fastdable and enomical method.
