China,s feed industry has developed rapidly recent years. However, lack of feed resourees, low Product quality is increasingly Prominent. Thus, the development of new feed resources to increase the amount of feed production, feed quality are very important. We chose soybean meal,cottonseed meal,corn power and wheat bran as test material, and Yeast,Mucor,Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus oryzae,Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus and Bacillus mycoides as fermenting strains, and then we systematically studied the optimal combination of materials and strains producing cellulase,amylase and prolease. By single factor test and orthogonal test, determined culture combination, optimum inoculum proportion and concentration,substrate water cut, pH, cultivate temperature and cultivate time. The influence of meat quality and growth of the carp fed by fermented product was testified by feeding experiment.Through fermentation experiment and Comparise the measured data, determined the optimal material combination of protease and amylase producted consisted of 30% soybean meal,60% wheat bran,5% cottonseed meal,5%corn power; the optimal material combination of cellulase produced is: 50% soybean meal,50% wheat bran. The optimal Strain combination produced amylase and cellulase consisted of 30% Yeast,48%Mucor,2%Aspergillus niger,20%Aspergillus oryzae, the inoculum is 2% of the Raw material. The optimal Strain combination produced protease is30% Yeast , 48%Mucor , 2%Aspergillus niger ,20%Aspergillus oryzae,Bacteria 1/ Bacteria 2=3:2, the inoculum is 2% of the Raw material.On the basis of identified optimal combination of materials producing prolease and amylase as well as identified optimal combination of strains producing prolease, by single factor test and orthogonal test,we determined that in the fermentation, when in 32℃, the matrix moisture content was 40%, the nature pH value, after 72 h, the fermentation product had the best content of the real protein and the crude fiber.The fermentation product was manufacturered to mix into the unfermented product in a different proportions as the feed of cyprinus carpio. The treatmental cycle is 28 days, assay the leucocyte phagocytic activity and Lysozyme activity activity every 7 days to investigate the fermentation product on cyprinus carpio immune function. The result showed that these two indicaters of the fermentation product have all improved by some extent and shown immune enhancement activity.Considering many advantages of this process such as low-cost resources and equipment, high bio-protein feed production, simple technology, and it has highly economical and social benefits .
