Influencing Factors Of Techniques Of Rice Field Production Mechanization In Shanghai Farm

Rice is the improtant grain crop consumed by humans in our country. Now we face the problem that how to improve its growth condition and productivity. The ShangHai Farm which is the model of other farms which is a representative of actuality and foreground in rice field production mechanization. This paper analyses the actuality, advantage and disadvantage and primary influencing factors in application of agricultural machinery and cultivable techniques in rice field producing mechanization by different methods such as Knowlege-Attitude-Practice(KAP),reading information. The results were as follows:1. The rice field production mechanization of is a systemic project, and it was affected by policy, earning, techniques, mentality and attitude of agricultural skilled-worker, and it also need to make the person, money, substance consistent and make every department harmonious.2. there were some advantaged and disadvantaged factors when it popularized rice field production mechanization in ShangHai Farm. The advantaged factors are the superiority of environment in rice producing, the good elements of agricultural machinery fumishment, the good helping of other techniques; Being affected hardly by policy,technique and person is the disadvantaged factors. 3. The popularization of the rice field producing mechanization was much hardly affected by the policy factors which includeed the purchase of agricultural machinery of government, innovation of property right of agricultural machinery, earning and working of agricultural machinery.4. The pivotal technique factors were the utilization and realization of some agricultural technique, harmony and utization of agricultural machinery.5. The agricultural skilled-workers are principal part in all personnel factors, their technique, knowledge and attitude affected the course of the using of the rice field production mechanization, and the timid,speculative mentality are the direct impedent-factor. The most important technological cause that affect agricultural skilled-worker is the benefit of using technique. The policy of using new techniques by the agricultural skilled-workers don't depend on the primary department, but affected by the media, neighbors and friends. The authenticity of information and the competition of the congener mechanical appliances in the market also affecteed the using of techniques.As the conclusion that we summarized, this passage put forward a better policy, that is: we should make the farm mechanical appliances form a complete set; adjust the mechanism of the agricultural producing, bring the action of farm mechanical appliances in agricultural production; make the attitude of agricultural skilled-workers better; strengthen training and enhance the diathesis of agricultural skilled-workers; constitute the favourable policy; improve the condition and combine the agricultural machinery and cultivable techniques; quicken the innovation and extend the demonstration.
