The experiment carries on from 2005 to 2006 in Anhui Agricultural University of modern agricultural science and technology demonstration Park.It studies photosynthetic characteristics and yield and quality of black bean mainly from the sowing date,planting density and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts,focus on effects of the planting period, Planting density and the pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts on yield and quality of black bean.The main results are as follows:1.Effects of sowing date,density and topdressing volume on photosynthetic characteristics of black beanSowing date and the pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts affect reproductive process of black bean significantly.When the sowing time is delayed,and the growth period is shorten gradually.Increased pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts delays planting premature senility,and increases growth period.Interaction of sowing date and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts significantly affects on the growth.Black bean planting density on the growth process is not significantly affected.Sowing date and plant density affect on the strains and the dry weight of root nodule to reach the highest level,and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts significantly effects dry weight of root nodule.Dry weight of root nodule is higher with increased pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts.Sowing date and plant density significantly affect plant height,black bean stem is higher when sowing date is earlier and planting density is bigger,and the interaction of the two pairs affects on height of black bean significantly.Sowing date,planting density and the interaction of the two pairs affect on branches of black bean to significantly.Sowing date affects on chlorophyll content and leaf nitrogen content insignificantly. Planting density significantly affects leaf chlorophyll content.Pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts limit affect leaf chlorophyll content and leaf nitrogen content,when topdressing volume increases,leaf chlorophyll content and leaf nitrogen content increased.Interaction of Planting density and topdressing affect chlorophyll content significantly.Sowing date, the pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts and interactions of density and topdressing significantly affects the leaf area index.Planting density and the interaction of sowing date and Planting density affect on leaf area index of the black bean significantly.Topdressing quantity affects on photosynthetic rate of black bean significantly,interaction of planting density and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts significantly affects the photosynthetic rate of black bean.Among them,when sowing date is June 16th,and planting density is 90,000 pod/hm~2,and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts is 150 kg/hm~2,photosynthetic rate is greatest in the pods period of black bean.2.Effects of sowing date,density and topdressing volnme on yield and yield components of black beanSowing date influences yield and biological yield of black bean significantly. Pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts affects on biological yield and yield significantly.The interaction of sowing date and topdressing affects on biological yield of black bean significantly,when sowing date is June 16th,and planting density is 90,000 pod/hm~2,and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts is 150 kg/hm~2,the yield is the highest.Three factors and the interaction of them affects on yield components significantly.Sowing date and plant density affect on the black bean pods containing significantly,However,the interaction of sowing date and plant density affect black bean pods per stem insignificantly. when sowing date is June 16th,and planting density is 75,000 pod/hm~2,and topdressing volume is 75 kg/hm~2,black bean pods per stem are the maximum.Sowing date affects on soybean grains per pod significantly,planting density and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts affect on soybean grains per pod insignificantly.Sowing date and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts affect on weight of one hundred soybean grains significantly. when sowing date is June 16th,and planting density is 90,000pod/hm~2,and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts is 150 kg/ hm~2,weight of one hundred black bean and soybean grains per pod are the largest.Yield correlates pods per stem and weight of one hundred black bean and soybean grains,per pod significantly.It is little correlation between yield components,but black bean pods per stem and weight of one hundred black bean were negatively correlated(r=-0.0126).3.Effects of sowing date,density and topdressing volume on black bean quality charactersSowing date and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts affect protein content of black bean on a very significant increase,Protein content of black bean increases while sowing date is earlier and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts is higher.Sowing date affects on lipid content of black bean significantly.Effects of planting density and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts on lipid content are not significant,the later Sowing date higher lipid content.Sowing date,pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts and the interaction of the two significantly affect the weight per volume of black bean.Sowing date,the density and pursuing nitrogen fertilizer amounts of black bean and its interaction affect on the size and uniformity significantly.Black bean yield and protein content were positively correlated, and black bean yield and lipid content were negatively correlated(r=-0.1674).Protein content and lipid levels were negatively correlated significantly(r=-0.4526).
