Using Changluqiu as the test material, this test makes further research on the changes in the growth, seed setting rate, yield and active ingredients of the buckwheat. The main results were as follows:1. The sowing date effect of the buckwheat growth period was significantly greater than the density and fertilizer, buckwheat sown on June15can’t branch and flower normally. The whole growth period of the buckwheat is105to120days.2. Sowing date, density, and fertilization will affect the form of indicators of the buckwheat. With sowing time delay between the B0~B2, buckwheat plant height, stem diameter, number of branches, dry matter accumulation and distribution reduced, the appropriate sowing time is a prerequisite to improve the yield of buckwheat. Density was positively correlated with plant height, but negatively correlated with stem diameter, number of branch and dry matter accumulation. Density has greater influence of stem diameter and number of branches than sowing and fertilizing. Fertilizer and plant height was positively related. Stem diameter, number of branches and dry matter accumulation is higher than others in the S2fertilizer. The impact of fertilizer levels on plant height is bigger than the sowing time and density.3. The soluble sugar content in buckwheat seed increase with the delaying of sowing date, have the most obvious effect. In different processing levels, the soluble sugar content in buckwheat seed is between9.24%~11.85%. The experimental results show that, the processing of fertilizer amount2500kg/667m2have the highest soluble sugar content in buckwheat, which was sowed in June5th, and in density of400000plants/hm2.4. Buckwheat starch content has a significantly decreasing trend with delayed sowing date, which has the same disciplinarian with the yield of buckwheat. In different treatments, grain starch content is between51.5%~69.55%. The experimental results show that, the processing of fertilizer amount2500kg/667m2have the highest starch content69.55%in buckwheat, which was sowed in May15th, and in density of1000000plants/hm2.5. The sowing date and fertilization have influence to grain protein content, reduced with sowing delayed, increased with the increase of fertilizer. In different treatments, the protein content is between8.3%~12.85%. The highest protein content is the test for the May25sowing, the density of400,000/hm2, fertilizer2500kg/667m2processing,12.85%. Protein yield is241kg/hm2.6. The A treatment, seed fertilizer7.50kg/hm2, spikelet2.25kg/hm2of borax and2,4-D treatment reduce the buckwheat plant height to a certain extent. The root of buckwheat is shallow and small, therefore easy to lodging, because the constraints of the photosynthesis role, the permeability conditions, the lodging plants often yield low.7. The total number of buckwheat flowering treatment of0.2%ammonium molybdate bud stage foliar spray was significantly higher than the control, two borax processing and10ppm2,4-D bud stage foliar spray treatment reduced the total number of flowering.8. Each treatment can improve the seed setting rate, foliar spray of0.2%ammonium molybdate bud stage is highest, ammonium molybdate>B borax>KH2PO4>N+PK>2,4-D> ene uniconazole>N>A borax>control.9. Ammonium molybdate, N+PK, borax B, KH2PO4, uniconazole, and2,4-D can very significantly improve the yield. N processing can significantly increase production, too. Each treatment increase production in very different from. Ammonium molybdate processing increase biological production, improve the total flower number per plant grains to increase production, the disadvantage of this mechanism is the number of empty shriveled seed rate and empty shriveled grain is also the largest of all the processing. N+PK, N, KH2PO4increase the grain weight relatively. Borax processing and2,4-D treatment can reduce the number of flowering, thus greatly reducing the empty flower, the number of shriveled grain, thereby increasing the seed setting rate, to reduce nutrient waste.
