Corn is used for energy feed of critter to be applied abroad in animal production. It isa feed raw materials witch is used most now. As rumen different treatment of cornaffect the ferment speed inside rumen then affect he ssimilation rate too. There aresome treatments of corn. finely-ground corn grain corn whole com and flake-gr cornand so on.Experiments were designed to study sheep rumen degradation, ound fermentcharacteristic inside rumen, microbe zoology and nutrition assimilation rate of cornstreated in different ways to offer science basis for corn condign treatment in rumenproduction. From study disappear of corn of different treatment inside rumen, fermentcharacteristic inside rumen, microbe zoology and nutrition assimilation rate to offerscience basis for corn condign treatment in rumen production.Examination one effect of processed corns on rumen in situ degradationYanBian scalper fitted with permanent rumen cannules at the rumen to study rumendegradation of DM and protein degradation of corns treated in different ways by in situtechnique results showed that:1) Degradation rate of finely-ground corn DM is highest.Degradation of different timewas higher significant (p<0.05) than grain, corn and whole corn. Grain corn was highersignificant to whole corn (p<0.05). Rate of degradation of DM of finely-ground cornand grain corn mounted up fast 12h ago than fall. But ferment in rumen of hole cornlast out. The rate of degradation of DM (finely-ground corn grain corn and wholecorn) was 73.75% 62.39% and 40.55% in 24h.Effective degradability was 58.62%,46.69%, 31.34%.2)It showed the same current in protein degradation.The time longer the rate of degradation higher in rumen; The rate of degradation of finely-g round corn highest; wholecorn lowest(40.76% in 24h).Effective degradabili ty were 58.62% 46.69% 31.34%.Examination one Effect of processed corn on rumen digestibility and indexes offermentationThree YanBian half nap sheep fitted with permanent cannules at the rumen wereused in a 3 * 3 Latin square experiment to investigate the fermentation index andnutrition digestibility of finely-ground corn grain corn and whole corn in rumen.1) The rate of digestibility of grain corn is higher than finely-ground corn and wholecorn in rumen insignificant. PH in rumen were insignificant among the groups. Thecurrent of movement is reverse between NH3-N chromaand PH, particular in 3h. NH3-N chroma was lower chearly others, finely-ground cornis lower others clearly.2) Active of CMCase and xylanase were insignificant among groups. Protozoa groupwere insignificant among groups. It showed that it is good for microbial anure andenzymatic active and improve the ratio and digestibility of utilization of feed.
