Fresh pteridium aquilinum is infrequent as Liaocheng city is on the plainof Luxi. Experiment was going to match the soil on the base of local soil ecologicalcharacter. Wild pteridium aquilinum of Yanbian area was introduced through.sporesbreeding and was planting wildly on the Iocal area. Rresults indicated that introducing ofpteridium aquilinum was feasible in Liaocheng city; days of gametophytes emergence wasleast and the amount of spores breeding was most on the cultural ground substances of"humus+peat soil+vermiculite"; optimum temperature was 25℃.Growth of callus wasbest on the No.3 medium during the propagation of seeding seedlings. On the No.10proliferation mediums, cespititious Seedlings were abundance, which color was bottlegreen. Optimum soil of set in plastic greenhouse was "field soil+peat soil (home-made)+vermiculite", on "which seedlings emergence were more and root stem was stout.
