With warming day by day whole world, water resource is scarce. It is restricts question to agricultural production in our country and whole world. Enhancing the ability of drought resistance is hot spot since long ago which the domestic and foreign academic pays attention. In recent years, the arid land agricultural production research receives the full value in our country, and proposes measures of improving water use efficiency by the slugging fertilizer regulation Therefore, the explorations the response and adaptive ness of crops of lacking the water it is the important theory value and the practical significance to study and coordinate of relationship of selective the drought-resistant and the sludge fertilizer to breedIt is pot experiment, two cultivars lentils were treated with water treatment at different planting models. Then the content of Pro/MDA of lentil, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthesis parameters were measured. To find what relationship between physiological and biochemistry indices, the fluorescence parameters and the photosynthesis parameters of lentils and the drought resistance and yield, the conclusion as follows:1. The content of MDA and Pro of lentils leaves are increasing gradually, with longing the time of water treatment. And the content of MDA and Pro of low water are super over high waterˋs The variety of MDA and Pro content are distinct between two planting models, at monoculture, the change tendency is very similar between two cultivars lentils, and the content of MDA and Pro of B are more than Aˋs; at mixture the content of MDA of B more than Aˋs, but the content of Pro is opposite. The biomass and yield of A significant more than Bˋs, so the water use efficiency of A is more efficient than Bˋs. The mixture of A cultivar is better than monoculture, but the monoculture of B cultivar is better than mixture.2.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters are very distinct between different water treatment, under low water, variable fluorescence (Fv),maximum fluorescence(Fm),the ratio of the variable to maximum fluorescence ( Fv/Fm ),the ratio of the variable to minimal fluorescence(Fv/Fo) , the photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) and apparent photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR) decreased, and under rewatering ,them increased. The minimal fluorescence (Fo) and non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) raised it indicants that PSⅡresponse center destroys or the reversible deactivates under low water. From this experiment, under low water except for Fo and qN, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of A decreased smaller than Bˋs, whereas Fo and qN increased greater. The ability of drought-resistance of A is stronger than B, so it implies that there is closed relation ship between the effects of water treatment on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of lentil seedlings and it's drought resistance.3. The lentil leaf potential and stomata conductance has obvious changes under water treatment, from the variation of leaf potential and stomata conductance, the non-hydraulic root signal of two cultivars lentils is become in low water treatment at second day. At fourth and third day the A and B cultivars lentil's hydraulic root signal is become. Indicated the time of A cultivar non- hydraulic root signal die out is late to the B cultivar 1 day. The ability to adjustment the moisture content of A cultivar is stronger than B cultivar. From the changes of the photosynthesis parameter at drought stress, the WUE of A cultivar is higher than B cultivar.4. According to the studied result, the water use efficiency of A is remarkably higher than B, And there was a closed relationship between the effects of water stress on physiological and biochemistry indices, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and Photosynthesis Parameters of lentil seedlings and its drought-resistance, it provided the theory basis for the lentil and other grain crops' selection and breeding.
