Acquisition And Analysis Of The Biological Characteristics Date In BX-SPF Chicken

In this paper, we have measured five ages of BX-SPF(BX- specific pathogen free)chicken's 22 items of anatomical parameters,18 items of physiological indices and 12 items of biochemical indices(4 week, 21 week, 26 week, 40 week, 69 weeks). Then we analyse the indices of BX-SPF chicken obtained above by using analysis of variance in software SPSS 18. We make a t-test between female and male chicken of the same year class,and make analysis of variance between 5 groups. The results show:1.In anatomical parameters, female and male BX-SPF chicken of the same year class show significant sexual difference(p<0.05)or very significant sexual difference(p<0.01) of some year classes in some indices by means of t-test proceeding and they are weight of body, coefficient of brain, coefficient of hepar,coefficient of thymus, coefficient of left lung,coefficient of right lung,coefficient of left kidney,coefficient of right kidney,coefficient of right hypothyroid,jejunum and ileum;and their coefficient of heart,coefficient of spleen,coefficient of pancreas,bursa of Fabricius of coefficient, coefficient of left hypothyroid,duodenum,rectum,left caecum and right caecum show no significant sexual difference(p>0.05).2.In physiological indices, female and male BX-SPF chicken of the same year class show significant sexual difference(p<0.05)or very significant sexual difference(p<0.01) of some year classes in some indices by means of t-test proceeding and they are HR,DBP,SBP,RBC,HCT,MCV,RDW,HGB,MCHC,WBC,NE,EO,LY, MO and BA; and their body temperature,breath frequency and MCH show no significant sexual difference(p>0.05).3.In biochemical indices, female and male BX-SPF chicken of the same year class show significant sexual difference(p<0.05)or very significant sexual difference(p<0.01) of some year classes in some indices by means of t-test proceeding and they are TP,ALB,TG,TCH,Na+ and Ca2+;while ALT,AST,ALP,GLU,BUN and CRE show no significant sexual difference(p>0.05).4.By means of analysis of variance between 5 groups of BX-SPF chicken Biological Characteristics of Date,it show that only coefficient of male right lung have no significant difference between groups(p>0.05),while the others show significant age difference(p<0.05) or very significant age difference(p<0.01).The above analysis indicates the biological characters of the animals of different ages have certain difference and they are in the unceasing change along with the age growth.
