Emitter is core equipment in drip irrigation system, it's price and capability play an important role on hole system's extend application and using. In allusion to several shapes of labyrinth channel of emitter inner, but construction parameter are short of frame of reference in channel decision. A majority of micro irrigation products have many problems, long periods for instance: research and development, the cost is too high, fabricate technology hang behind, stand against chock capability is worse, mud fill up in emitter graveness and so on.. Recur to hydrokinetics analysis software (FEMLAB, FLUENT), based differ mathematics modeling for labyrinth channel. Simulate water character, than carry through calculate, combine rapid prototyping technology, do emitter. Through water stream capability parameter test and research, explore correlativity and change rule in labyrinth channel structure parameter and hydraulics parameter.
