The thesis takes Shaanxi Lin Tong Huo-Jing persimmon as testing material, Have studied (the third is sparse with 1-MCP 1- methyl ring) of 0 , 0.25 , 0.5 , 1.0μL/L handling the effect that ethene creation , breath rate , quality , pecto-cellulose, proteide etc. treated 1 time and 2 times unde(r0±1℃)和(18±2)℃condition to persimmon fruit, While discussed the effect handling 1 time and 2 time of fresh-keeping storing , commercialization different for persimmon fruit breed reaching 1-MCP retaining freshness as providing theory and practice basis. Test result is indicated:1. Studied physiology biochemistry changes under the (0±1℃)和(18±2)℃temperature with 1-MCP the fruit handling 1 treatment of Huo Jing persimmon of 0 , 0.25 , 0.5 , 1.0μL/L are indicated, 1.0μL/L of 1-MCP handling 1 times being able to keep a persimmon more well of the 0.25, and 0.5μL/L handling 1 time, prolong fragile scheduled time of guarantor of persimmon fruit, the arrival and lessening ethane, postponing the ethene peak and the breath peak release amounts and the breath intensity, And to be unlike thickness 1-MCP handles 1 time, relation showing the bigger , the easier to have dosages , deposit the effect retaining freshness thickness- result that 1-MCP sells at reduced prices.2.Handle fruit doing 2 times again , result indicates on 1-MCP the basis handling 1 time of 0 , 0.25 , 0.5 , 1.0μL/L to it's the persimmon, 1-MCP quality of persimmon fruit handling 2 inferior but very good keeping of 1.0μL/L, delays the mature course old and feeble. 1-MCP of treatment 1 time and 2 times of persimmon of 0.25μL/L also may arrive at certain fresh-keeping effecting , only draw not having reached without the treatment that 1-MCP handles notable level, 1-MCP the notable level handling 2 time and reaching without the persimmon fruit that 1-MCP handles of 0.5μL/L , 1-MCP the notable level having handled 2 times and having also reached between 1 time of 0.5μL/L, The quality explaining that the maturity with 1-MCP the fruit selling 2 time of also unable notable restraint persimmon at reduced prices of low thickness is old and feeble, but 1-MCP the persimmon fruit handling 2 inferior but very good keeping's of 0.5μL/L and 1.0μL/L stores, reaches very good fresh-keeping effect. 3.
