The treatment on70%or80%mature baoshan persimmon with Liquid preservative and fresh-thickness film with thickness of0.05mm and separation and purification of potential pathogenic pathogens in them.Studied Biological Characteristics of these typical pathogenic fungus, optimum temperature, pH, carbon source for mycelial growth and sporulation were determined. Alternaria, Aspergillus niger, white fungus Pythium mycelial. In order to find the optimal environment for the persimmon storage and in maximum inhibit the growth of these fungus. Lactose, maltose, starch. Sec-Butylamine, Triophanate-methyl, NATA, NISIN were used in the inhibition test. Determination of inhibition effect of antagonistic yeasts on the edge of the antagonistic effect of pathogens.The results show that:(1) we screen out Alternaria, Pythium, Aspergillus as typical fungus and a Bacteria a as typical bactetia and a antibacterial.(2) Persimmon take anti-bacterial and pathogen inoculation after7d Then show that antibacterial adva-ntage of the four kinds of pathogenic bacteria has significant inhibitory effect.(3) Alternaria optimal culture temperature is30℃; the optimum pH is8.5; the most suitable carbon source is lactose, the most culture temperature for Aspergillus niger is28℃; the optimum pH is6.5; the most suitable carbon source is maltose, the optimal culture temperature White-rot fungi for is30℃; the optimum pH is6.5; the optimal carbon source is starch.(4) The result is The Treatment of Fumigation is better than Preservative liquid.Used the Turk and Chung-butylamine fumigation have a good inhibitory effect on Pythium, Alternaria mold, Botrytis cine.The treatment of1-MCP+Chung-butylamine(fumigation) on70%or80%mature Japanese persimmon after store4months,the contents of Vc is the highest. And the Infection rate was the lowest.(5) Sec-Butylamine, Triophanate-methyl, NATA, NISIN were used in the inhibition test. Effective concentration of these reagents shows below:Sec-Butylamine is10%, Triophanate-methyl is10%, NISIN is1.0%, NATA is0.01%.
