Land use change is an important part and one of the major reasons of global environmental change, since the beginning of the new century, research on land use change has always been considered as the forefront and hot point in geographic related disciplines. One of the important reasons of the environment change is caused by land use, and land use is dominated by many factors, so it is necessary to research on the relationship between land use change and its driving force, and reveals its laws.We chose the hilly-gully Loess Plateau which had the most serious soil and water erosion in china even in the world—Yan'an demonstration area as the study area, Applied the domestic satellite-CBERS to study and use the remote sensing images of 2004 for interpret ting supervised classification then received the land use classification of 2004, combined with the existing land use classification of 1975,1986,1997, supported by RS and GIS technology to research land use change in Yan'an demonstration area during recent 30 years, and combined with the corresponding information of the socio-economic data to analyses its driving force. The results showed that:(1) Considered CBERS as the remote sensing data source to classify land use of the hilly-gully region in northern Shaanxi. From the results, the final classification accuracy were 90.23% and 91.80%. Kappa indexes were 0.85 and 0.88 separately. Fully meeting the needs of precision requirements on this research and having the same effects of TM interpretation and mapping.(2)Land use changed drastically in Yan'an demonstration area during 1975-2004, and the degree of land use had declined. Land Use Change existed time interval differences. And existed obviously changes of the speed and range in Land Use Change in arable land, grassland, woodland and residential area, arable land was decreased in quantity, grassland, woodland and residential area increased; From the view of comprehensive land-use index, the change of land use had been always reduced, From the rates of land use change , land use of 1975-1986 and 1997-2004 were in a phase of adjustment or a recession, and land use of 1986-1997 was in a development phase.(3) The analysis of Land Use Change driving force showed that: the change of land use was mainly affected by socio-economic factors in study periods, the influence of natural factors were rather weak. There had closely relationship among land-use change , technological policies, cognitive attitudes of the farmers and urban development . |
