Research On Design Of Control System In The Automated High-rise Air Conditioning Storage And Storage And Retrieval Machine For Fruits And Vegetables

The PLC technology is being researched in the computer application domain now. Application of the PLC has already related with people's routine work close. On the development and application of the Storage and Retrieval Machine control system, PLC is the host controller which is the inevitable trend on applies.The work process of Storage and Retrieval Machine needs good movement stabilization and localization accuracy in the Automated High-rise air conditioning Storage for Fruits and vegetables.It cannot have the obvious mistakes when saves and takes for the fruits and vegetables, otherwise not only can damage the equipment or loss cargo, but also can have the serious influence on enterprise's regular production, this brings the quite major difficulty to the traditional Storage and Retrieval Machine control theory in this domain application.In view of this question, the paper taked the Storage and Retrieval Machine control system in the Automated High-rise air conditioning Storage for Fruits and vegetables as an object, unified the PLC technology and the frequency conversion control technology, the key research based on the transformation on S shape running rate curve of frequency changer, as well as combined the revolves encoder and the photoelectricity switch to constructs the Storage and Retrieval Machine's accurate positioning system.Finally, the system is applied to the experiment, It has provided one kind of new mentality and the method for researching and designing on the Storage and Retrieval Machine automatic control system.The paper's main research work is as follows:(1) Researching the Storage and Retrieval Machine's working condition in the actual production process, The paper pointed out the deficiency in the movement, localization and failure indication, and put forward the concrete implementation plan from two aspects on the hardware improvement and software design; (2) In view of the store and fetch characteristic in the Automated High-rise air conditioning Storage for Fruits and vegetables, The paper has carried on the equipment shaping and the parameter computation on the hardware of Storage and Retrieval Machine,has drawn the electrical principle diagram, and reasonably installed them together, composed the hardware system. Put forward the hardware allocated plan which is quite feasible on the Storage and Retrieval Machine in the current;(3) Under the Mitsubishi GX-Developer software development environment, for the realization of this design, we has established the Storage and Retrieval Machine control system procedure on PLC, by monitoring and practicing, found the problem, improved the control mentality and the control procedure asnecessary.The result indicated, the Storage and Retrieval Machine PLC control system which of movement is stable, safe and reliable, has realized the project function well. The research indicated that, the design method which uses the flowchart under the GX-Developer software development environment, and developing the control procedure for the Storage and Retrieval Machine can make the procedure of the design and expansion easy, the design process is simplifyed greatly;(4) In view of the cargo transporting characteristic in the Automated High-rise air conditioning Storage for Fruits and vegetables, For the first time,the paper puts forward the method of transforming rationally speed control curve on frequency changer,the speed control curve both satisfied the need of the accurate localization of Storage and Retrieval Machine , and reduced the impact to the equipment and the cargo as a result of inertia when the electrical machinery firing and stoping or speeding up and slowing down, has completed the Storage and Retrieval Machine control system in which the frequency changer and PLC is the core part. The test result indicated that, after the technological transformation, the Storage and Retrieval Machine control system obtained the rather good operating performance, After the technological transformation, the failure rate of the goods forked and the damaging rate of the fruits and vegetables have the large scale decline, Storage and Retrieval Machine control system which the paper designed has the definite theory and practical value in the automated High-rise air conditioning Storage for Fruits and vegetables.
