The properties of soil are not homogeneous, where as soil is a continuous Spatial- temporal heterogeneity, with high spatial variability. It is concluded that spatial variability analysis on soil could play an important role in soil environmental assessment. It can be applied to evaluate the status of soil environmental quality. It also gives impetus to predict the changes of soil environmental quality and have a practical meaning to strengthen the related management.DaXing and YiCheng and Liang Yuan towns are selected as a case in this study, which are representative in HeFei. With the help of GIS, the paper analyze six heavy metals such as As, Cd, Hg, Pb, Cu, Zn, and N, P, K elements , applying Kriging and Multifractal-Kriging interpolation methods. Then the paper analyses the influencing factors of heterogeneous of elements in soil and discusses the application of Multi-fractal interpolation in researching heterogeneous of elements in soil. Meanwhile, the paper analyze Cd and Hg elements applying inverse distance weighting and radial basis functions interpolation methods, comparing the results of the two methods.The research results express that, the spatial variation regulation of the elements in soil in DaXing area is as follows: The ratios of nugget value to sill value are [C0 /(C0 + C)] CuAs>K>P>Hg>Cd=Pb=Zn>Cu.The spatial variation regulation of the elements in soil in YiCheng area is as follows: The ratios of nugget value to sill value are [C0 /(C0 + C)] CuZn>Pb=N>P>K>As=Hg =Cu.The spatial variation regulation of the elements in soil in Liang Yuan area is as follows: The ratios of nugget value to sill value are [C0 /(C0 + C)] Pb
