Food is necessary for human survival. Therefore,we must do a good job in ensuring the safety of all aspects, especially focusing on the warehousing process.Grain monitoring technology can effectively ensure food storage safety. The existing grain monitoring system has a limited monitoring scope and cannot meet the regulatory requirements, because most of the grain storage is close to the production base, and the geographical location is remote and the terrain is complex. Therefore,a grain monitoring system capable of realizing remote control in a variety of geographical environments, capable of meeting various network transmission requirements, and satisfying friendliness, reliability, and robustness is currently urgently needed.Through the preliminary investigation, this paper finds that the current monitoring system of the grain monitoring system has limited capacity in single network monitoring, summarizes the feedback opinions and suggestions, and improve the current grain monitoring system.Firstly,a heterogeneous network fusion model is proposed, and a heterogeneous fusion gateway is designed to implement the model. The Zig Bee,Wi Fi,Ethernet, and mobile communication networks(3G/4G)involved in the grain monitoring system are integrated, and the heterogeneous converged gateway is used to monitor the communication between the field device and the remote server.Secondly, the latest software framework and development technology are used to design the food monitoring WEB end system. The food situation data is analyzed and displayed through the WEB end system. The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)The article puts forward the design idea of the grain monitoring system based on heterogeneous network fusion, and summarizes the shortcomings and needs of the current grain monitoring system. At present, there are more than one network technology applied to the grain depot, such as,Zig Bee wireless network for grain factor collection;Wi Fi for mobile device access network;Ethernet and mobile communication network(3G/4G)for grain data transmission, etc.A single network technology can not completely solve the problem of food situation monitoring.and multi-network integration can play its own strengths to better meet the needs of grain monitoring. Therefore,a heterogeneous network fusion model is proposed. The model is implemented by using the embedded ARM and Linux architecture to design a heterogeneous converged gateway,so that different networks can communicate through heterogeneous converged gateways.(2)After analyzing the current problems in the use of the WEB end system of the grain monitoring system, the current structural mode of the grain monitoring system is relatively old.The current system is an architectural model that uses EJB,which is bloated and inefficient, and difficult to maintain. In response to these problems,Spring Boot with Mybatis framework is designed as the main framework for background construction.Easy UI is used as the foreground to build the page, and Echarts used as the drawing tool for the graphical table. My SQL and SQLyog graphical interface tools are applied to manage the database. Therefore, the WEB end system is implemented by the mode of separation between the front and the back. The system is in good condition during the test phase and in actual use.The networks involved in the grain situation monitoring can communicate without difference through heterogeneous converged gateways to meet the data transmission requirements of grain monitoring. In the actual use process of the WEB end system, the operation is smooth, the interface is more friendly, the failure rate is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of repairing the BUG and adding new functions later is further improved.
