In Guizhou karst environment and no-tillage on the site under special conditions, The phenology and tiller of three Lolium multiflorum Lam cultivars were bserved , including Tetragold,Splendor,Blue heaven, and site conditions tilling their ground biomass and belowground biomass was studied. Using conventional feed and fiber Law Fan Analysize the content of nutrients and cellulose of three-harvest forage in three cultivars, and using Tilly and Terry (1963) of two step in vitro digestion measured in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMV) and in vitro organic matter digestibility (IVOMD).Conclusions as follows:One. Tetragold,Splendor,Blue heaven have a longer growth period in Guizhou climate conditions, the period of growth and development order is 252d. 260d,271d, three varieties belong to the middle and late varieties.Two. Lolium multiflorum Lam tiller is a "S" shape to increase. The tiller observed differences in the latter part and is significant among cultivars . The tillering ability is in order to Blue heaven, Tetragold, Splendor in three cultivars. The density about 1.5g/m~2 and 2.0g/m~2 have largest number of tillers in three varieties, However,the impact about the density on tiller is not significant in three cultivars.cultivars×density interaction effects on Lolium multiflorum Lam tiller is not significant ,also.The time mowing stubble has obvious role in promoting ,Stubble on the tiller between the speed differences were significant.Three. Lolium multiflorum Lam aboveground, under-ground biomass showed the "J" shape, which is governed by cultivars, density, cultivar×density interaction effects .The founding underground biomass and aboveground biomass was significantly correlated (R≥0.988), and height were not significantly correlated, through aboveground biomass (X1), and the height (X2) between the underground biomass (Y) correlation analysis,it show under -ground biomass is mainly with the change the of aboveground biomass.Four. The crude protein content of Lolium multiflorum Lam decreases with times of mowing stubble increasing, the cell wall material content accordingly increase, dry matter digestibility In vitro (IVDMV) and the organic matter digestibility in vitro (IVOMD) come down. It is positive correlation between crude protein and digestibility,and it is negative correlation between neutral detergent fiber (NDF), Acid detergent fiber (ADF), cellulose (C) and acid lignin (ADL) and digestibility, and the extent to different cultivars is different, and hemicellulose (HC) with miscellaneous Poly, the performance of the correlation has inconsistencies between hemicellulose and digestibility among cultivars.
