| The genetic diversities of maize inbreds are the important foundation of germplasm invention and breeding variety. And the genetic diversities of maize inbreds are also the basis of selecting matched parents, constricting heterotic groups,evaluating heterosis。The electrophoretic bands of 85 maize inbreds were analyzed with AU-PAGE technique. The naming system of the protein bands was established, basis on standard bands from upside,middle and lower bands of Huangzao4 inbreds. The relative mobility rate formula of the bands in every regeion according to three standard bands were Rm=[1- li(x)]Qi(x)+ li(x) Ri(x), Rm=[1- hi(x)] Ri(x)+hi(x) Si(x),Rm= Si(x) respectively. It showed that different bands existed the polymorphic difference. Ploymorphism of the bands in middle region was more than in upside region. Polymorphism of the bands in lower region was lower. 85 inbreds were classfied into 5 groups with UPGMA. The first group included 8 inbreds from hybrid p78599,178 included. The second group was DOM, including Sipingtou and Ludohonggu. The Sipingtou included Huangzao4 and other 24 inbreds. Ludonggu included 3inbreds, including Dan 340. The third group was Lancuster which included Mo17 and other 17 inbreds. The forth group was Reid which included 478 and other 17inbreds.The last group was others. The feasibility and application value of AU-PAGE technique in evaluating germplasm was further confirmed by UPGMA cluster analysis. In this study, the fingerprining database and the protein fingerprints of 85 maize inbreds were establised.The resultes above could give powerful technical support in evaluating germplasm, classfing groups and varity protection to maize. |
