Due to the groups of waxy maize inbred lines in northeast China divided not clear,and the direction of using the existing resources waxy maize inbred lines was obscure.Combined with the current trend of waxy maize quality breeding,In this paper,the SSR molecular marker technique and the HPLC method were used to analyze the quality of the waxy maize inbred lines in the northeastern region.Based on the genetic diversity analysis,two representative waxy maize inbred lines were selected from each group to carry out 7 × 5 incomplete diallel design.And the heterosis and heterosis of waxy maize inbred lines between different groups were verified and analyzed.The main results are as follows:88 allele variants were detected from 136 waxy maize inbred lines,and 4.4 alleles were detected at each locus.The variation range was 3-6and divided into four groups.A total of 17 free amino acids were detected by HPLC.Among them,there were 8 kinds of essential amino acids and 9 nonessential amino acids.The total amount of amino acids in the total amino acids was 39.83%.The total children amino acids in accounted for the average of the total free amino acids was 14.29%.And the total amount of free amino acids was 52.57%.The total amino acids of Arg,Glu and Lys were between 7.26 and 10.38 mg / g,accounting for 36.27%-39.84%of the total free amino acids.three kinds of free amino acids in the test material content significantly.The content of 136 inbred lines of nutrients was diversity.The content of protein range between 7.80% and 11.57%,the average content was 9.77%;The range of the crude starch was between 53.60% and 60.86%,the average content was 57.30%;The range of the fat was between 2.10%-3.96%,the average content was 2.98%;The average content of free amino acids in the range of 10.00%-11.77%,the average content of 10.76%;the average content of change was 19.19%.Among the quality traits,the coefficient of variation of fat content was 12.33%,and the variation coefficient of starch content was 2.68%.Comprehensive quality traits were divided into three groups.The combination with the maximum SCA amino acid content of is N7 × N79;the combination with maximum SCA of starch content is N21 × N79;the combination with maximum SCA of fat is N7 × N10;the combination with maximum SCA of protein is N24 × N10.The variance of the common combining ability of fat,crude starch and free amino acid in the quality traits were all lower than the variance of the specific combining ability,which indicated that these traits were mainly additive and were controlled by non-additive effect genes,which should not be used for early selection.The difference of general heritability and narrow heritability of protein was less than 50%,which indicated that it was less affected by the environment and could be stably inherited.Other traits Are subject to environmental impact.
