The study was applied different N with P and K, and organic fertilizer to findthe excellent decision which could improve the soil, increase soil fertility, improvethe economic traits and quality of tea, and keep better ecology of tea garden. Aftertwo years of test results indicated:(1) Beneficial to the accumulation of available N in soil by increasing fertilizednitrogenous , beneficial to the accumulation of available P and total P in soil byincreasing fertilized phosphate , beneficial to the accumulation of available K byincreasing fertilized potassium, with the year past the organic matte and effectivezinc of soil increased in every treatment, beneficial to CEC of soil increase byapplying with N ,P ,K, and with organic fertilizer, except applying N: P2O5: K2Oratio which was 9:1:1 and 6:1:1, the PH value of soil reduced by applying nitrogenfertilizer ,organic fertilizer and N:P2O5 : K2O which ratio was 1:1:1 and 3:1:1,andacidity strengthened; except applying organic fertilizer, the exchangeable magnesiumof soil in other treatment reduced ; The quantity of edaphon was the most byapplying organic matte, and the quantity of nitrogen-fixing bacteria, nitrobacteriaand denitrifying bacteria were the most. The nutrients and edaphon of soil in ther teagarden by grey association analysis indicated: the best decision applied withN : P2O5 : K2O ratio which was 3:1:1.(2) The number of leaves on new tips, the weight per 100 buds, the number oftea buds and yield increased by applying organic fertilizer. The tea economic traitswere the best by applying organic fertilizer .(3) The amounts of mite and the total amount of mite in mature leaves weresignificant among different fertilized treatment. Applying organic fertilizer andN : P2O5 : K2O ratio which was between 3:1:1and 9: 1: 1, mite-resistant becamestronger with the season changing, and the mite-resistant became stronger with theamounts of nitrogen fertilizer enhancing. So applying nitrogen was good forincreasing mite-resistant of tea plant. The amount of tea pink mite in Spring matureleaves, had positive correlations to tea polyphenols, amino acid, and caffeine, andhad negative correlations to soluble sugar.(4) The content of fragrance was richer and higher by applying N : P2O5 : K2Oratio which was 1 : 1 : 1, 3 : 1 : 1and 9 : 1 : 1.The analysis on quality of fresh leaf and semi-made tea indicated: the Chemistry component of fresh leaf andsemi-made tea was excellent and comparatively stable by applying N: P2O5: K2Owhich proportion was 3:1:1, and the organoleptic quality of semi-made tea had thehigher record in the three seasons, so the quality was more excellent.(5) The analysis on economic benefit of tea indicated: organic fertilizer was thebest economic decision by fertilization., beneficial result reached 2570.34 yuan/666.7m2 , then appling N : P2O5 : K2O secondly which proportions were among 3:1: 1and9: 1: 1.So applying a certain amount of organic fertilizer and N : P2O5 : K2O ratiowhich was 3:1:1 were the excellent Oolong tea applied decision at present.
