In this experiment, Tieh-Kuan-Yin,Baiyaqilan,Shuixian and Dangui as test material for a variety of fertilizer(the best ratio of N,P,K,foliage spray of fertilizer and Baiyunshifen by root fertilization), autumn tea in August2008fertilization,and spring tea in March fertilization,Analysis of fresh leaves of the economic traits, fresh leaves of various biochemical and biological quality of processed tea,though the Statistical method of Duncan and fuzzy evaluation of biochemical quality factors of processed tea. the results show that:(1) T3on the economic traits Tieguanyin value of fresh leaves can reach the most suitable system of oolong tea products morphological characteristics of fresh leaves,but the internode length of T2lead to excessive growth than the other treatments.which is not easy to Zuoqing Procedure; Because of increasing Mg fertilizer(T4,T5) can increase the photosynthetic rate, increased organic matter accumulation, so the increase in leaf thickness between the length of the lower section.And the ratio of polyphenols to free amino acid of T5is suitable for making tea. water-soluble, free amino acid and Caffeien in the high leave of T2.For the PingheTieh-Kuan-Yin, T2is the best of morphological characteristics of fresh leaves.(2) Baiyaqilan of different fertilization study shows, T2is the best of morphological characteristics of fresh leave in autumn and T3is the best of morphological characteristics of fresh leaves in spring,because of higher concentration of magnesium fertilizer to meet normal physiological needs leaves, which improve the quality of tea leaf.but foliage spray of fertilizer is not clear for the leaves, T3and P3on the biochemical composition of fresh leaves significantly improve the results,and fit for the result of fuzzy evaluation of biochemical quality factors of processed tea.(3) For the Shuixian, higher concentration of magnesium fertilizer to meet normal physiological needs leaves,so P3,T4is the best of morphological characteristics of fresh leave. T4of the best effect on processed tea, water-soluble and polyphenols significantly increased;and free amino acid,Caffeien and Flavone in the high leave of P3.(4) Different varieties of Dangui results showed that fertilization impact on their quality,T4and T2is the best of morphological characteristics of fresh leave, the ratio of polyphenols to free amino acid of T4and P2is suitable for making spring tea requirements.In summary, it comes to the magnesium nutrition fertilization suggestion:to Tieh-Kuan-Yin type can apply the way T2;to Baiyaqilan type can apply the way T3or P3; to Shuixian type can apply the way T4or P4; to Dangui an apply the way T4or P2.
