Two experiments were included in this reasearch. One is to study the beef after pasturing to arable farming fatterning. Sampling soils and grazes of different altitudes in pasturing area of the TieLieKeSaYi mounts, also collecting maize straw, concentrate in arable farming area. Selecting the Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy and Atom Fluorescence Spectrometry to detect and analysis heavy metal residues of this samplings. Two is to research the beef only after pasturing about 5 months, and also after pasturing to arable farming fatterning. Also gathering the maize straw, concentrate and water samples. HPLC were selected to detect the situations of Pesticide and Veterinary drug residues of the samples. In Experimentâ… , Seventy one-year-old Xingjiang brown cattle were slaughtered after 5months of grazing in the Tieliekesayi Mounts, the altitude is 900m to 1800m,and after 3 months of fattening in Yining county. In the experiment, plumbum(Pb), cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr), mercury(Hg) can not be found in the samples of slaughtered beef, liver after pasturing and farm fattening. These heavy metals also can not be found in soil, water samples, straw, mixture concentrates of arable farming area, the same as soil and graze of rangeland. Inspecting there were the arsenic(As)contents in above samples, except for the beef after grazing and water samples of arable farming area. The arsenic contents of Poa annuaL, ELymus dahuricus Turcz and ELymus sibiricus L were 53.41 times than which in Bromus inermis Leyss and Geranium wilfordii Maxim. The scope of altitude of them were 900m to 1450m, and 1500m to 1800m. Indicating that there was a significant different of arsenic contents(P<0.01),and there were no significant differences in other samples(P>0.05). The arsenic contents of beef liver after grazing and farm fattening were 8.91 times than which only after pasturing. In Experimentâ…¡,Sampling the beef after pasturing to arable farming fattening in the TieLieKeSaYi mounts of Yi Li area. And also sampling the maize straw , concentrate, water samples. Selecting HPLC to detect Pesticide and Veterinary residues in the samples. The indicator of detecting is Albendazole, Ivermectin and Carbofuran. At last, the residues of Albendazole, Ivermectin and Carbofuran can not be found in these samples.
