19 Agaricus bisporus fruit bodies samples,19 compost samples,19 casing soil samples,11 irrigation water samples were collected from hubei Province mushroom cultivation region. Hubei Province Agaricus bisporus fruit bodies heavy metals residues were analyzed as well as the source of heavy metals in fruit bodies were analyzed.Heavy metals enrichment capacity of mycelia were analyzed in different species, the amount of heavy metals and different culture time conditions. Survey results showed that the average contents of heavy metals in the fruit bodies of Agaricus bisporus were Pb 0.93mg/kg, Cd 0.24mg/kg, mercury 0.10mg/kg, arsenic 0.029mg/kg, lower than the national edible standard limits, and indicate that The contents of heavy metals in mushroom were safe in the mass. However,Pb in 71% of the samples and Hg in 14% of the samples exceeded the restriction national standards. In the casing soil samples, the average concentration of four heavy metals were Pb48.5mg/kg, cadmium0.24mg/kg,mercury0.10mg/kg, arsenic2.73mg/kg; In the culture medium samples average concentration of four kinds heavy metals were Pb6.09 mg/kg, cadmium0.66 mg/kg, mercury0.42mg/kg, arsenic0.15mg/kg; In the irrigation water samples average concentration of heavy metals were Pb mg 0.57kg, cadmium0.199 mg/kg. The results show that heavy metals contents of fruit body and heavy metals of culture medium were positively correlated, and indicate that the heavy metals in the fruit body may be mainly derived from culture medium, and heavy metal contents have nothing to do with the casing layer, while the heavy metals in irrigation water were very low.Mycelium heavy metals adsorption experiments show that the adsorption capacity of heavy metals in different species were different,1023 species heavy metals enrichment capability is high,2796species heavy metals enrichment capacity is weak. With the culture time prolonging, heavy metals Pb from mycelium first descend then ascend Heavy metals Cd from mycelium first ascend then descend. Adding different contents of lead, cadmium to the medium, the concentration of heavy metals in mycelium increased following by the improvement of heavy metals concentration in medium.
