113 recombinant inbred lines(RILs) derived from the Europe 8 (a variety which can bear low temperature and low light intensity ) X the Qiupeng (a variety of China open-field ) was grown in 2005&2006 to measure 13 quantitative traits,such as individual plant yield (ipy), daily addition weight (daw),single cucumber weight (scw),produce fruit amount (pfa),abortion rate (ar),first male flower node (fmn),leaf amount in fist male flower blooming (lab),branche amount (ba),leaf amount in the end of experiment (lae),day amount from sowing to the first flower blooming(dab),day amount from sowing to the first cucumber gaining (dag),male flower amount (mfa),leaf squrre (ls). A molecular linkage map comprising 234 markers was applied to locate QTL for these agronomic traits, using the method of least-squares-based composite interval mapping. The main results are summarized as follows:1. Significant differences between the parents were detected for the traits except for day amount from sowing to the first cucumber gaining (dag).2. The individual plant yield (ipy)is the significant positive correlations with single cucumber weight (scw),produce fruit amount (pfa),Leaf amount in the end of experiment (lae),daily addition weight (daw),day amount from sowing to the first cucumber gaining (dag) and the significant negative correlations with First male flower node (fmn).3. Total 58 QTLs were mapped in the joint QTL analysis of the two years.1) 1 QTL for"ipy"was detected in linkage groups LG4.2) 6 QTL for"daw"was detected in linkage groups LG2,LG3 and LG6.3) 5 QTL for"scw"was detected in linkage groups LG1 and LG5.4) 2 QTL for"pfa"was detected in linkage groups LG2 and LG4.5) 1 QTL for"ar"was detected in linkage groups LG7.6) 28 QTL for"fmn"was detected in linkage groups LG1- LG8.7) 8 QTL for"lae"was detected in linkage groups LG2,LG4 and LG7.8) 5 QTL for"mfa"was detected in linkage groups LG2.9) 2 QTL for"ls"was detected in linkage groups LG1 and LG3.
