| This experiment mainly systematically identifies and evaluates the agronomic traits,botanical traits and economic traits of more than 150 avocado germplasm resources in the avocado resources,in order to ascertain the characteristics and effectiveness of various avocado resources in the resource sputum.The avocado resources with excellent characteristics provide a provenance basis for the selection and breeding of avocado and the development of the industry(the names of the agronomic germplasm corresponding to the germplasm numbers of all the trials are reflected in the corresponding tables in the appendix).The main findings are as follows:1.Identification of agronomic traitsThe flowering period of avocado is between January and April,and it can reach the end flowering period before April.The flowering time is different in different years,and the flowering time of avocado in 2017 is earlier than 2018.The fruit setting rate of most avocado germplasms is below 5%,and the growth of avocado fruit is consistent with the single S curve.Among them,the growth rate is the fastest between 20-80mm.It did not float much in the early and late stages.Avocado will experience three peaks of fruit drop,with the highest rate of fruit drop for the first time.2.Botanical traitsPlants:The erect and openness of the tree is 80%,and the columnar shape is 91%.The difference between the main germplasm is very large.The highest height of the trunk is 52.111.8cm,and the lowest is 64.5.5cm.Leaves:The shape of avocado leaves is mostly pointed and elliptical,the surface of the leaves is concave,and the tip of the leaves is sharp and sharp,far exceeding 50%.The longest blade length is 42 species with a blade length of 19.3 cm and a blade width of 7.7 cm.The smallest 29 seed blades have a length of 8.9 cm.3.Identification of economic traitsFruit quality identification(1)Appearance quality:According to the measured indicators of the appearance of the economic characters of avocado clusters:comprehensive analysis Ⅲ(22,99,40,43,136,27,108,5,49,36 germplasm number)the most economic traits Most of the 300g to 400g are the best-selling,the highest edible rate,and the thickness of the pulp is superior,which combines the advantages of the most common quality economic traits of the pear.(2)Intrinsic quality:Based on the intrinsic index clustering of avocado,its performance is Vc content of 0.09mg/g~0.48mg/g,fat content of 2.97%~6.38%,and free amino acid content of 2.22 μg/g~2.35 μ g/g.Comprehensive analysis Ⅱ(49,91,47,36,92,88,52,54,58,114,22,56)is the most common quality economic trait of the oil pear.The Vc content is moderate,and the nutritional value can reach or not.High-impact taste,high fat content suitable for extracting avocado oil,high free amino acid content and rich in nutrients.Combining the internal and external quality of avocado fruit in terms of economic quality,there are excellent trait resources:22,36,49 germplasm numbers. |
