According to the requirement of enterprise to production line for edible fungus culture medium of mulberry branches, the optimization design for the automatic production line and the optimization design for the key equipments: mixer and sack filling machine designed in the paper and been put into production in Dongtai after installation and debugging.Firstly,By the means of fuzzy optimum design for three edible fungus culture medium of mulberry branches production scheme, an advanced automatic production line has been designed. In this paper, the creative transmission scheme, which is charactered of single-drive-double-output and planetary gear screw has been finished. Moreover, the more deep research has been given, such as introduction to working mechanism and design principle, kinematics analysis of planet gear transmission system by the method of theorem of finite distance.Secondly, the paper made a brief introduction to mechanical optimize arithmetic, it concluded modeling, motion simulation and testing for compacting mechanism, position change over mechanism and sack-protecting mechanism of sack filling machine. Besides the paper analyse defects of existing in sack filling machine and optimization of the mechanism.At last, after the achievement of the optimization of the sack filling machine as a while, and the reverse of the design principles of the combined motion to the prototype, the motion cycle chart for the new mechanism has been completed, it laid the basis of mechanical-electrical improvement and completed fundamental for debug.
