Rice is the main food crops in our country,and has the highest yields,which plays animportant role in china’s agricultural production.The main rice planting way in our country isseeding transplanting rice cultivation, this method has greater labor intensity,and the level ofmechanization of rice cultivation is relatively low.According to authoritative statistics,thefarmland that use mechanized cultivation can yield1000kg more rice per hectare than artificialplanting method. Therefore,the mechanization of rice cultivation can increase grain yield,and hassignificant social and economic benefits.High-speed transplanter has great transplanting effect and superior performance,represents atrend of the future transplanter market,the chassis transmission system need to achieve a varietyof functions,it’s processing is difficult,in order to reduce costs in the design process and makeseries production easy,modular design concept is adopted,which means the transmission systemis composed of the main transmission and mechanical transmission.This paper chose high-speedtransplanter’s mechanical transmission as the investigated subject, Put forward the modulardesign concept on high-speed transplanter’s gear box innovatively, designed the drive parts ofmechanical transmission and analysed it’s strength,made optimization design on master clutch’sstructure, and completed the development work of the mechanical transmission prototype,themain research contents are as follows:1) Based on the overview about the development of the mechanization of rice cultivation inchina,analysed the technological development of the transplanter;According to the workingrequirements of high-speed transplanter,this paper analysed frequently-used three speedtransmission form’s working principle and characteristics in it’s transmission system,andresearched the application of mechanical transmission in agricultural machinery and the type andcharacteristics of master clutch.2) Put forward the modular design program of transmission system according to thefunctional requirements of high-speed transplanter,this paper determined the transmission principle of the mechanical transmission,and completed it’s structural design.3) Established force analysis model of mechanical transmission’s transmission parts,madesome work of stress analysis and strength check.4) According to the operating requirements of high-speed transplanter, this paperdetermined the master clutch of mechanical transmission adopting the structure style of centralspring damp clutch; Based on high-speed transplanter’s working conditions and the designtheory of clutch, this paper established the material and type of the friction plate,and initiallyselected the basic parameters of the master clutch.5) Established constrained optimization model of the master clutch’s friction plate, selectedthe minimum area of friction plate as objective function,through the selection of designvariables,obtained a set of optimal solution that meet the objective function with constraintcondition in the software of MATLAB’s fimincon function, the optimized friction area werereduced by9.26%,based on the optimization results,this paper designed the structure model ofthe master clutch.6) Established assembly model in CATIA software through bottom-up assembly designmethod,and confirmed the correctness of the structure design by interference tests,finishedproduction drawings of the mechanical transmission’s parts and components,and finallyprocessed the prototype trial work of mechanical transmission.
