The studies were mainly the variation rules of soluble sugar, titratable acid, solubleprotein, dissociative aminophenol, Vitamin C ,tannin substances, mineral nutrient elements,endogenesis hormone (IAA, ABA, Z and GA3),and enzymes activity in growth anddevelopment of Cerasus humilis fruit which was planted in Zanhuang of Shijiazhuang andthe fruit quality of 11 lines of Cerasus humilis was evaluated. The main results were asfollows:1 The growth and development of Cerasus humilis fruit included a slow grow termand a fast term.2.The changements of fruit inclusion content during fruit development were asfollows: (1)With the development of Cerasus humilis fruit, the soluble sugar content andtitratable acid content increased gradually. (2)The content of soluble protein was at a highlevel at the beginning, with the development of fruit, soluble protein content decreased to alow level and increased near the fruit began to ripen. (3)The changement of dissociativeaminophenol content showed a curve of "down-up-down", dissociative aminophenolcontent wholly decreased during the growth period. (4)The content of Vitamin C was at alow level at the beginning, with the development of the fruit, Vitamin C content increased,and it decreased lightly near the fruit began to ripen. (5)The content of tannin was at a lowlevel at the early period, then it increased comtinuously during its development, there wasa peak of tannin content in the whole development, it decreased at last.(6)The content ofCa, K, Mg, Mn, Cu showed a curve as "up-down" while Fe, Zn content undulatedobviously.3.The respiratory rate of the Cerasus humilis fruit was high at prophase with the fruitdevelopmented, it decreased continuously.Resperation rate increased slightly at thebenginning of the fruit ripening. The ethylene production of the Cerasus humilis fruitundulated obviously, and there was a peak of ethylene production before the peak ofresperation rate.4.The changement of enzymes activity of the fruit fresh weight during itsdevelopment were as follows: 4.The changement of enzymes activity of the fruit freshweight during its development were as follows:POD activity was high at the early periodand low at the after period. SOD activity was high at prophase and decreased continuouslywith the fruit development. 5.The changement of endogenesis hormone of the fruit during its ripening was asfollows: (1)The IAA content of pip increased at the early period and decreased at the afterperiod.(2) With the development of the Cerasus humilis fruit, the GA3 content of pulpdecreased gradually. The GA3 content of pip showed a curve of "up-down".(3) The Zcontent of pip and pulp was high at the beginning, Z content decreased with thedevelopment of the fruit.(4) The ABA content of pulp was low at the beginning, with thedevelopment of fruit, the ABA content increased.6.The fruit quality of 11 lines of Cerasus humilis was evaluated, and it showed thatthe qualities of every line were different among every type. The results showed that theintrinsic,external and integuated quality targets of every line were different among everytype.A big fruit line and a rich in Zn line were screened out.
