Virulence Mensuration Of Harmless Biologic Insecticide And Control On Three Kinds Of Leaf-eats Pests

In northeast area of China, the lepidoptera pests which severely do harm to the Populus trees, and the pests mainly includes Malacoso ma,Clostera anastomosis,Lymantria dispar and etc. At present, in foreign countries, the systematic prevention and cure is universally performed to control lepidoptera pests, which aim at realizing the consistent prevention and cure, and protecting the biological environment. Because of a series of elements like domestic objective conditions, a lot of chemic pesticide are used, which turns out that the resistance of pest is increasing year by year, and the environment is suffering the crushing blow. If we not only try to effectively stop the increasing flood of the pests, but also to realize the consistent control of the pests' growth under the condition of not causing harm to the environment, it is very important for us to carry out the method of biological control.In this thesis, we have selected 18 kinds of harmless biologic insecticide, which are given a lot of indoor and outdoor tests on the above three kinds of pest, and the tests mainly include touch kill and poison or both of them, as a result:(1) In the outdoor tests on Malacoso ma, these are both of touch kill and poison, the effect of Avermectin 1200×and 800×, Abamectin 500×, Azadirachtin1000×, Fructus Cnidii 1200×and 800×, Nicotine 1200×and 800×, Matrine 800×, Cyper-methrin 500×and 200×, Imidacloprid 1000×and 500×is best, the death rate reached to 100% in 2 days. The emendation death rate of Shalingniao SC 4000×and 6000×reached to 97.1% and 76% respectively in 4 days; the ChlorbenzuronⅡ1500×and 2000×reached to 84.3% and 72.3% respectively.In the indoor tests that are both of touch kill and poison, the Angelica dahurica and Chelidonine 10×, 20×, 30×have the good effect, the death rate close to 100% all. And the virulence mensuration to the All Pests Kill, Bt. ChlorbenzuronⅢ, Fructus Cnidii in 500×, 1000×, 1500×, 2000×, 2500×, the death rate of all the diluent of ChlorbenzuronlII and Fructus Cnidii reached to 100% in 2-3 days; the All Pests Kill only 500×reached to 100% death rate in the 6th day; the Bt 1500×and 2500×reached to the highest death rate, 80%.In the indoor poison tests, the All Pests Kill 1000×, 1200×, 1400×, 1600×, the Abamectin×Chlorbenzuron 1600×, 1800×, 2000×, 2200×; the Azadirachtin 800×, 1000×, 1200×, 1400×, 1600×reached to 100% death rate in 4 days. The final death rate of Matrine 800×, 1000×,1200×are 76.5%, 88.2%, 96.1% respectively. The emendation death rate of NPV that the concentration are 1.957×10~6pIB/ml and 1.957×10~7PIB/ml reached to 84.4% and 74.6% respectively in 11 th day.(2) In the outdoor tests on Clostera anastomosis, these are both of touch kill and poison, the death rate of Matrine 1000×, Bt 200×, Nicotine 1000×, Fructus Cnidii 1000×, Shalingniao SC 3000×, Avermectin 1200×, Azadirachtin 1000×reached to 100% in 6 days.In the indoor tests that are both of touch kill and poison, the emendation death rate of the All Pests Kill 1000×, 1500×, 2000×, 2500×are 100%, 100%, 94.4%, 66.7% respectively in 4th day; the emendation death rate of the ChlorbenzuronⅢ1000×, 1500×, 2000×, 2500×are 100%, 100%, 94.4%, 94.4% respectively in 4th day.In the nursery fieldwork test, the effect of the Nicotine 1000×is best, the emendation death rate reached to 89% in 4th day; and the emendation death rate of Bt 1000×, Fructus Cnidii 1200×, Bitterhullvine 1000×, Macleaya Cordata 1250×are 81.1%, 76.3%, 75.8%, 55.3% respectively in 4th day.(3) In the outdoor touch kill tests on Lymantria dispar, the final emendation death rate of Avermectin 2000×and 2500×are 94.1%, 100% respectively; the final emendation death rate of Fischer Euphorbia Root 25×(microwave) reached to 82.4%; the effects of Angelica dahurica and Bt are not good, the death rate below 50% all. And in the poison test of the same insecticide, the effect of Bt 2500×is best, the final emendation death rate reached to 88.2%; the Fischer Euphorbia Root 25×and 50×reached to 70.6% and 64.7% respectively; the Avermectin 2000×and 2500×are 52.9% all; and the effects of Angelica dahurica are worse, below 30% all.In the indoor tests that are both of touch kill and poison, do the virulence mensuration to the Fructus Cnidii, Azadirachtin, Matrine, ChlorbenzuronⅢin 500×, 1000×, 1500×, 2000×, 2500×; to the Chelidonine in 10×, 20×, 30×. The all concentration of Fructus Cnidii reached to 100% death rate in 2 days; the Matrine 500×and 1500×, Chelidonine 10×and 20×reached to 100% death rate in 4 days. The effect of the Azadirachtin and ChlorbenzuronⅢare worst, the emendation death rate of 500×of them are 45% and 72.2% respectively in 4th day.
