| The oyster mushroom (Pleurotus Ostreatus) is a kind of wood decayed fungus and a kind of high protein, low fat, rich vitamin and complete amino acid type healthy food. Especially, lysine and methionine is rich in oyster mushroom but usually lack in grain and legumes.Our country is a big edible fungus producer, total annual yield of edible fungus is more than 4 million tons, accounts for 60% of the world total annual output, total productive value of edible fungus is only next to grains, vegetables, fruits, cotton, oil crops, fungus occupies 6th in rank, oyster mushroom yield accounts for about 40% of our country's edible fungus annual output, and about 25% of annual yield of the world edible funguses.The oyster mushroom cultivation in Yulin started in 1990s, the cultivation scale expands year by year, but cultivation techniques are out of date, fresh mushroom mainly goes to market in fall and spring, and few fresh mushroom applied to market in summer and winter, but the market price is higher in the seasons.This article carried out full investigation and analysis of natural conditions in Yulin, through the determination of some microclimate variables of sunlight greenhouse, and combined cultivation experience for many years, main conclusions are as following:Firstly, through strain comparison experiment of oyster mushroom, main appropriate oyster mushroom strains for sunlight greenhouse conditions in Yulin are Hebei 89, abundant 8 and Germany 89. Mycelium growth of these mushroom strains is strong and thick, and mushroom output is high, mushroom shape is good. These oyster mushroom strains can be main strains for extension in Yulin.Secondly, with substrate component proportion experiment based on local raw material, 3 substrates were obtained, which mycelium growth were vigorous and healthy, pollution rate were lower, output were higher, benefit were better. Component and proportion of 3 substrates were as followed: 60%corncob, 20%sawdust, 8% maize powder, 10% wheat bran and 2% lime; (2) 60% corncob, 20% bean straw powder, 10% maize powder, 8% wheat bran and 2% lime; (3) 60% corncob,20% rice straw powder, 8% maize powder, 10% wheat bran and 2% lime.Thirdly, results of cultivate material treated with different plant growth hormones experiment indicated: 20mg/kg and 30mg/kg gibberellins (GA) treatments could promote mycelium growth, and 10mg/kg, 40mg/kg and 50mg/kg GA treatments could restrain mycelium growth; 10mg/kg heteroauxing (IAA) treatment could promote mycelium growth and 20mg/kg, 30mg/kg 40mg/kg and 50mg/kg IAA treatments could restrain mycelium growth; 10mg/kg naphthylacetic acid treatment could promote mycelium growth and 40mg/kg and 50mg/kg naphthylacetic acid treatments could restrain mycelium growth. All treatments of 6- phenmethyl purine treatment restrained growth of mycelium. The growth of mycelium is slower.Fourthly, puncturing treatment in different substrates bag can enhance fungus growth speed and reduces pollution and especially more obvious on substrates with thin texture are. |
