In this research,we evaluated the effects of biotreatment on the nutritional levels of the spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate by the way of Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system (CNCPS), to provide a reliable theory basis to the development and utilization of spent substrate (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate.Experiment1:Ensilaged the mushroom(Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate with complex enzyme at five levels (0%、0.1g/kg、0.3g/kg、0.6g/kg、0.9g/kg) by the way of ensiling in bags for60days at room temperature,6replicates for each experiment,in order to research the effects of complex enzyme on the silage quality of spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate.The results indicated:The experimental groups were superior to the control group,of which the T3(0.6g/kg) group was the best,the ADF,NDF,ADL and NH3-N contents,decreased by19.06%(P<0.01),14.67%(P<0.01) and16.39%(P<0.01),20.10%(P<0.01) respectively than the control group,CP and SP contents increased by17.36%(P<0.01) and36.05%(P<0.01), respectively than the control group,meanwhile,the PC component and CC component compared to the control group,decreased by28.55%(P<0.01) and15.41%(P<0.01).Experiment2:Ensilaged spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate with the mix of Pennisetum alopecuroides in six mixed ratios (the proportion of spent substrate to Pennisetum alopecuroides:10:0、9:1、8:2、7:3、6:4and5:5) by the way of ensiling in bags for60days at room temperature,6replicates for each experiment,to research the effects of Pennisetum alopecuroides mixed on the silage quality of spent mushroom(Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate.The results indicated:The nutritional values of spent mushroom substrate were higher by the higher addition of Pennisetum alopecuroides, of which the ratio group of5:5was the best, compared to the control group,the SP content increased by64.47%(P<0.01),the ADF,ADL,PC content and CC content decreased by7.47%(P<0.01)、29.69%(P<0.01)、28.55%(P<0.01) and15.47%(P<0.01) respectively than the control group.Experiment3:Fermentd spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate with Lentinus edodes、Bamboo fungus、Agaricus blazei、Aspergillus oryzae、Phanerochaete chrysosporium、 Candida utillis、Trichoderma and Cryytococcus neoformans eight cultures by the way of incubated at28-30℃for10d after strains covered bottle,6replicates for each experiment,in order to research the fermention effects of eight cultures on the spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate.The results indicated:The degradion effects on ADF,NDF and ADL of Phanerochaete chrysosporium group were best, reducing by20.67%(P<0.01),8.95%(P<0.01) and30.37%(P<0.01) respectively than the control group; Aspergillus oryzae group and Lentinus edodes group were the second,the ADF, NDF and ADL of Aspergillus oryzae group decreased by16.27%(P<0.01),9.10%(P<0.01) and30.40%(P<0.01) respectively than the control group; The ADF, NDF and ADL of Lentinus edodes group decreased by13.60%(P<0.01),5.56%(P<0.01) and21.51%(P<0.01) respectively than the control group; The effect of Bamboo fungus was moderate, the ADF, NDF and ADL decreased by9.26%(P<0.01),8.64%(P<0.01) and14.41%(P<0.01) respectively than the control group.Experiment4:Fermentd spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate with the combination of Lentinus edodes、Bamboo fungus、Agaricus blazei、Aspergillus oryzae、 Phanerochaete chrysosporium、Candida utillis、Trichoderma and Cryytococcus neoformans eight cultures by the way of incubated at28~30℃for10d after strains covered bottle,6replicates for each experiment,in order to research the fermention effects of combination bacterium of producing protein and degradating fiber on the spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate,in order to research the ferment effects of two bacteria combination on the spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate. The results indicated:The five groups Aspergillus oryzae and Candida utillis (CA1)、Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Candida utillis (CP1)、 Lentinus edodes and Cryytococcus neoformans (CM2)、Bamboo fungus and Cryytococcus neoformans (CB2)、Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Cryytococcus neoformans (CP2) had mutualism,the degradion extent of ADF,NDF and ADL were all significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01),reduced to40.31%~43.69%,51.24%~54.50%and15.18%~19.27%respectively than the control group,and reduced by11.45%(P<0.01)~18.30(P<0.01),11.05%(P<0.01)~16.37%(P<0.01) and13.47%(P<0.01)-31.84%(P<0.01) respectively than the control group,meanwhile, and significantly lower than the other experiment groups(P<0.01),the CC content and PC content decreased by5.16%(P<0.01)-21.19(P<0.01) and16.94%(P<0.01)-24.71%(P<0.01) respectively than the control group.Experiment5:In order to research the ferment effects of two cellulolytic bacteria and one protein-produced bacteria combination on the spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate by the way of cultivated incubated at28~30℃for10d after strains covered bottle,6replicates for each experiment.The results indicated:The Fl group(Candida utillis+Phanerochaete chrysosporium+Aspergillus oryzae) and F2group(Lentinus edodes+Phanerochaete chrysosporium+Cryytococcus neoformans) were rather better,the F1group had the mutualism among Phanerochaete chrysosporium、Aspergillus oryzae and Candida utillis,,the CP content of spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate treated was18.55%, increasing by68.79%than the control group (P<0.01), ADF and ADL content were41.14%and14.17%, decreasing by3.11%(P<0.01) and4.96%(P<0.01),4.92%(P<0.01) and18.94%(P<0.01) respectively than the CP1and CA1group,while the NDF and PC content had no significant difference (P<0.01),the CC content decreased by13.30%(P<0.01) and26.26%(P<0.01) respectively than CP1and CA1group. Meanwhile, The F2group had the mutualism among Lentinus edodes、Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Cryytococcus neoformans,the CP content of spent mushroom (Hypsizygus marmorens) substrate treated was18.95%, increasing by72.27%than the control group (P<0.01), the ADF,NDF and ADL content decreasing by8.06%(P<0.01) and4.60%(P<0.05) and15.93%(P<0.01) respectively than the CM2group, had no significant difference (P<0.01) than the CP2 group,the CC content and PC content decreased by20.16%(P<0.01) and8.94%(P<0.01),27.93%(P<0.01) and25.72%(P<0.01) respectively than CM2group and CP2group.
