At the Jinchuan country of GanSu province, Two Armeniaca varieties, i.e. Prunus Sibirical (S) and Prunus Armeniaca (A), were employed as the plant materials. Which will be mention for short as S and A. Two years S which come from seeds were treated as rootstock. Full bud with xylem of six years A(Long wangmao) were selected to graft on S. The experiments were done respectively in spring and summer. Two centimeters of Cambium of bark which was grafted on full bud was sampling circlewise every other one day after graft. The sample was taken to the lab for mensuration of enzyme activity and the content of biochemical substance. The ratio of surviving was statistic after four days of graft. The main results were as follows:①After ten days of bud graft, The cambium's enzyme activity which were included POD PPO PAL IAA Oxidase of grafted S were higher than control. But there are no difference between the enzyme activity of grafted S and A which was included CAT SOD. The activity of EST has the same behave in different season. Control's EST activity was higher than that of the grafted A in spring and summer .②In ten days of bud graft in different season, The content of cambium's lignin of grafted S were higher than control. The quantitative change of grafted A of rude starch dissociative amino acid lignin tannin hydroxybenzene soluble protein and soluble sugar were higer than that control during the whole course of samplinging. There were no or little difference in the quantitative change of Water between grafted A and the control. The content of cambium of IAA of grafted was lower than that of the control in the middle of samplinging and was higher in other period.③After four days of bud graft in different season, the surviving ratio of the grafted in spring was 85.6% and in summer was 92.3%。④The survival of cion had positive correlation with the enzyme which was strengthen or activated growth and differentiation...
