The technique of sprinkle irrigation has been studied and applied since 1970 in China. It comes through introduction, exploration, development, wander and improvement. Chinese natural resources of water are seriously in adequate. China is one of the 13 countries that are most lack of fresh water; what is worse, the use ratio of agricultural irrigated water is very low. Entering 21 century, water resources have become fatefully issue of threatening survive of human being. Furthermore, the natural resources greatly become deteriorate. However, the need of water increases rapidly in living, industry and agriculture. The contradiction between provide and requirement becomes more and more serious. It has been a most critical factor that limits the modernization process. Therefore, it is much more important to develop economical irrigation devices.Because of spraying water's counterforce, compressive stress of the two wheels suffered is not balance, which makes the single sprinkler incline and unable to travel in straight way and makes it not coil in term of normal way. As a result, it causes seedling press, ruin, and serious leaks. In order to solve the problems during the work of single sprinkler, this research proposes and designs a small quality and reversion linkage double sprinklers. The sprinklers sprinkling water's counterforce consisting with the water pipe is for enhancing the spray irrigation uniformity, guaranteeing the quality of spray irrigation.Through compressive stress analysis of the single sprinkler's two wheels suffered, the research presents four feasible schemes about the horizontal and retrorse linkage equipment with double sprinklers. They are vertical style, horizontal style, spatial style, spatial and vertical style. Then this paper chooses the horizontal style as optimal scheme according to their advantages and disadvantages. In order to realize retrorse synchronization spraying of the double sprinklers, this paper states three design schemes of driving equipment., namely dependent natural hydraulic pressure actuation, motor-driven pair of runner cam slide organization and motor-driven belt pulley equipment. By comparing these three kinds of design schemes'advantages and disadvantages, this research designed and adopted motor-driven belt pulley equipment. Finally, this research carried on the optimization structural design and realized the moving dully of retrorse synchronization spraying of the double sprinklers.The moving dully of horizontal and retrorse linkage with double sprinklers can adjust the spraying scope through transforming the diameter size of eccentricity wheel. Namely, this research realizes retrorse synchronization spraying of the double sprinklers and the adjustment of sprinkling's angle during the work of sprinklers.Through testing the performances of the single sprinkler and the double sprinklers, analyzing and processing the tentative data under the MATLAB language, we can draw a conclusion that the stability, irrigation uniformity and balance capability of horizontal reversion linkage double sprinklers are greatly improved. The design can meet the practical requests and provides the basic theory for further study to improve performances of hose type wheel-driven sprinkling equipment.
