The combine has the count for much function in the modern agriculture. It may enhance the productivity,reduce kernel loss and enhances the mechanized degree。It can reduce farmer's labor intensity and improvement work condition. But because its work transmission system is complex,its work condition is bad,Combine existence prominent question. For example bad reliability and high jam rate. Threshing device is a key unit of combine. Seed extraction performance quality directly influence work quality of the entire machine. Therefore it is necessary to use automatic control and the monitoring device for combine in order to enhance reliability and improve threshing performance. It is significant to realize agricultural mechanization, automatization and intelligentization.There are many factors influence seed extraction performance. For example, feeds inputs,the drum speed,grain humidity and so on. This article analysis the factor of influencing seed extraction performance. Specially when harvest different crops,the influence on the grain humidity to extracts seeds the performance under the different rotational speed. Control variable are drum speed,grain humidity,loss quantity,feed inputstakes. Controls walking speed according to the variable deviation. Stable threshing cylinder speed in certain scope.The seed extraction installment is a non-linearity changes and big time delay the complex system. There are many factor influence to threshes performance and loss of threshing. It is very difficult to establish the precise mathematical model between various factors. The fuzzy control technology does not need to know the precise mathematical model of controlled the system. It provide the effective method for the non-linear complex system control. Because there are many factors which influence combine work quality. In order to enhance the system the reliability, designs the multi- variables fuzzy controller. In order to reduce the number of the fuzzy control rule, separately designs the fuzzy controller regarding the different variable.. While making the regular form of fuzzily controlling, using the multi- factors adjustment rule revision output variable.System designing include three parts: hardware designing,software designing and reliability designing. The hardware designing mainly includes the sensor electric circuit,A/D and the D/A switching circuit,the alarm circuit,the display circuit. In order to enhance the programming efficiency and the reliability of source program,using the C language to program. The software designing includes main program, the interrupt program and fuzzy control program. The supervisory system uses the method of the hardware and software "watchdog" theunion, enhances the reliability of the system, prevented the system meets the external interference to lose control.
