Object:From study on technical prevention and cure of displaced abomasum in dairy cows,To explore the etiology,clinic typing,symptom and diagnosis and effective prevention and cure of displaced abomsums (DA)。Methods:1,Study on clinic typing,symptom and diagnosis of DA。2,Study on correlation research results as basic, and from series grope research and combined clinic practice。we put forward a new methods of surgery and fixed of abmasums。3,From S22PC visible spectrophotometer(VISS) by colorimetry, 36 types of the clinical displaced abomasum(DA), 31 types about periparturient,and 32 types of post-parturient , its serum are determined and analysed about six Macro elements of this Holstein dairy in shihezi ,xinjiang。4,Investigated and statisticed after operated of dairy cows in system and general。Results:1,The DA include:left displaced abomasum(LDA) and right displaced abomsum(RDA):two kinds of six types。It will be offer theory basic for choose celerity diagnosis and therapy ways of DA。2,We put forward technical and methods of the right abdomen tilted of operate,three needles and two lines ways for fixed of abomasum,decompress of rumen,extracted of stomach eyewinker and so on。3,The postparturient of hypocalcemia,hypomagnesemia,hypochloridemia and hypernatremia,hyperkalemia are maybe principally reasons of DA。4,Investigated and observed after operated of concrescence,DMI,constitution,digest funtion and so on of capability resume complexion. and after operated of technical tend and protect,breed and manage methods。Conclusion:1,Displacement the abomasum is considered to be a multifactorial disease.The periparturient of manage,pregnancy,movement,nutrition and metabolism of non-milking and transition period,rumen-reticulum eyewinker,ravaged reticulum,blocked of abomasum pylorus ,are quite effected of DA.especially control of clinical or subclinical hypocalcamia,other diseases and DMI。2,It different from prevention and cure of DA,as possible as earily inspcet it.so easier cure it。 3,The transition period should enhance movement,and feeding high quality of long hay or straw and reinforce trace element and all kinds of vitamin,ensure require and constitution of dairy cows.
