According to the results of the inhibitory activity of singal drugs and its compound on bacteria in virto and anti-inflammatory trials and binding Chinese Veterinarian themry and Chinese herbal medicine pharmac themry, the optimal constitution of Chinese herbal medicine compoud were determined, and parenteral solutions of which were made. At the same time, reliability and clinical therapeutic action of Chinese herbal medicine compound were studied. The trial and results are as follows:1.Inhibitory activity on bacteria in virtoThree bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Streptococcus agalactiae) were isolated and identified from the milk of the cows infected with mastitis. MIC and MBC of Chinese herbal medicine on the three bacteria were investigated by using of test tube double dilution. The results showed that the antibacterial activity of Herba Houttuyniae on Escherichia coli were stronger relatively, and their MIC reached 62.5g·L-1. The antibacterial activity of Flos chrysanthemi indici, Fructus forsythiae, Flos lonicerae on Staphylococcus aureus were stronger, and their MIC respective reached 15.7 g·L-1,31.3g·L-1 and 31.3g·L-1.
