Establishment vegetables with high yield, efficiency, and annual production will be extensivedevelopment Moreover, at the same time the cultivation of a single ever. due to restrictions undercultivation levels and sales channels, farmers can bring considerable economic income under thissingle pattern of cultivation in the near future, but with the increase in plant life. Continuouscropping obstacles are graveness restrict the development of vegetable industry. Even soilmicrobialconsidered to be the main factor for the barrier, changes in its composition and community structurein a certain extent reflect the quality and integrity of the soil. as well as the key factor to overcomecontinuous cropping obstacles and other soil obstacles. The experiment studied cucumber soilmicrobial community DNA sequencing diversity andyield by rotate and interplanting. gained the differences among soil microbial community DNAsequence diversity index, richness index and evenness index of soil samples by analyzingelectrophoresis picture with gel imaging system and image analysis software. Through the surveyand analysis of the yield and quality of cucumber Rotation and Interplanting of the role ofcertification, purpose is to choose good cucumber crop rotation interplanting provide a theoreticalbasis, further develop reasonable farming and cultivation system, adjusting the soil microbialcommunities, kepping soil harmonious, stabilization and healthy state, which will improve plantyield and quality. The main results are as follows:1. Rotate and Interplanting have effects on soil microbial community. Wheat and soybeanrotation of cucumber soil microbial community DNA sequence diversity index, richness index andevenness index of soil samples was highest, which showed that microbial composition anddistribution more reasonable. Soil better ecological environment. In contrast soil microbialcommunity DNA sequence diversity index, richness index and evenness index of soil samples waslowest, interplanting round showed improved crop growth microbial environment.2. Rotate and Interplanting have effects on cucumber photosynthesis. Wheat and soybeanrotation with higher levels of chlorophyll, photosynthesis is strong, the two of net photosyntheticrate, Stomatal conductance and transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration was good. 3. Rotate and Interplanting have effects on cucumber yield and quality. Wheat and soybeanyields were higher, contrast and Vicia villosa Roth were lower. This shows cucumber yield of rotateand interplanting crops are some differences. Wheat and soybean rotation have a better quality ofcucumber, two of soluble solids and vitamin C content is higher and the lower levels of nitrite andnitrate content, interplanting round showed a definite role in the improvement of the quality ofcucumber.4. Photosynthesis index, chlorophyll content and the soil microbial communities DNAsequence diversity index and yield significant positive correlation exists. This shows that bothPhotosynthesis and DNA sequence diversity of soil microbial communities take an important rolein the output..The study aoorove cucumber soilmicrobial community DNA sequencing diversity and growthby rotate and interplanting. Rotation crops of wheat and soybean processing can be thought tocreate a suitable environment for microbial growth to the good. interplanting with rounds oftreatment, In contrast can not provide a good soil microbial environment for crops.
