In this study, SP immunity organization chemical and RT-PCR et al. immunity pathologytechnologies were used to discover the chickens, which infected with E. necatrix, that the intestinesorganization of chicken's the hot shock protein 70(HSP70) and the hot shock protein 90(HSP90)'sexpression has carried on the dynamic detection. In order to discover the pathology significance ofthe HSP70 and HSP90, and the affect in the process of intestines organization damaged.This research discovered that before the chickens infected E.necatrix, the chicken's intestinesepithelial cell have the HSP70 and the HSP90 expression. But after the chickens infectedE.necatrix, has not observed the HSP90 expression the obvious change, indicated the HSP familymembers infect when the cell damage in E.necatrix which the young chickens causes plays thedifferent role.This experiment researched the dynamic changes of intestines organize's HSP70 expression.This experiment found that the 14 days chickens inoculate E.necatrix, the HSP70 that expressed inthe intestines organize are lower than controls on the 5th days after pimary infection, in whichjejunum and the caecum HSP70 expression are obviously lower than control chickens, then elevates,and reaches Maximum on the 14th days after pimary infection. It shows that The HSP70 as a kindof stress protein, its protective function has the time dependence, it is possible to prevent the proteindenaturation and the accumulation. Then the chickens are inoculated large dose E.necatrix, thesecond time infects chicken's each section of intestines organize the HSP70 expression are lowerthan the control chickens. Because of the primary infection, immunologic system are stimulated, andthe HSP70 level in the second time inoculated chickens have been restored, then elevates tocompares the young chickens to assume the foundation expression. It prompts that organismdamaged reduces obviously.the chickens infects E.necatrix the secondary times after possible because the primary infectionorganism immune system are stimulated, organism has the HSP70 level to have the restoration, thenelevates to compares the young chickens to assume the foundation expression. It prompts thatorganism damaged reduces obviously.Large dose infects chickens with E.necatrix, differents of intestines organize the HSP70expression are higher than compares the chickens. E.necatrix two times infects the young chickensduodenum and the jejunum HSP70 expression are lower than one time to infect the young chickens,but the ileum and the caecum are higher than E.necatrix one time to infect the young chickens.E.necatrix one time infects the young chickens possible because the large dose aggressivity infectioncreates the serious damage which the intestines organize, among them the HSP70 expression instead receives suppresses, the induction has the HSP70 level to be low, therefore drops suddenly after theinfection.In summary, in the normal intestines organization the HSP70's expressed proved that the microenvironment of the intestines organize is at the stress condition and induces the HSP70 expressionunceasingly. To say in other words, in the chickens intestines organization which infected E.necatrix,the HSP70 expression enhancement and show the time dependence, that prompts HSP70 canprotect the distortion protein of intestines organization cell in the chickens infected with E.necatrix.
