Chickens coccidiosis spreads globally as its general existence, wide occurrence, enormous perniciousness and other characteristics. Ever since a long time ago, many countries spend large manpower and material resources in consistently and deeply researching it. Along with the development of intensiv poultry industry and augmented chickens resistance to chemotherapy as well as drug resistance to coccidia parasite strain, environment pollution by the drugs and so on, the harm caused by this disease is serious day after day, therefore, how to prevent and cure (control) coccidiosis is now one of important research topics in poultry industry.This project took the dark blue brown mixed chickens as the objects of the study. Through the research on the dynamic changes of host MDA, SOD and CAT activity in the heart, liver and intestinal tract of the chickens infected with E.necatrix, this research revealed the damages and anti-damage mechanism in the genesis, develpoment of the coccidiosis from the angle of molecular biochemistry, researched the role that free radical took in the process of this disease occurrence, elucidated the effcts that coccidia parasite took in host oxidation and anti-oxidation damages and the changes of apoptosis and the relationships among them. It provided experimental basis for the diagnosis and prevent and control the disease, at the same time, used histopathology , ultramicro pathology method and so on, systematically researched the pathologic changes in heart, liver,intestinal tract, immune organ and other orgens in the infected by E.necatrix from cellular and subcellular level, the findings as follow:1 .After the chickens infected the E.necatrix, MDA content in heart, liver, jejunum and caecum increased; SOD and at first the CAT activity raised,and then degraded, this caused the immbalance between oxidation and anti-oxidation, and lead to serious oxidative damage in the critical organs and tissues, cells metabolic disturbance, their structures and functions also became abnormal.2.After chickens infected the E.necatrix, the heart presents degenerative change on parenchymal cells; Liver main had degenerative inflammation; The intestinal tract (mainly in small intestine) reflected as the hemorrhagic necrotic inflammation, it indicated the E.necatrix infection may be the immediate cause which induces the organ and tissue damages.3.After chickens infected the E.necatrix, the center and peripheral immune organ and local mucosa immune tissue all have conspicuous the partial mucous membrane immunity organization has the remarkable hemorrhagic degenerative inflammation, necrotic and plastic inflammation, were one of the important mechanisms that immune function obviously degrade in chickens infected by E.necatrix.4.The ultramicro pathology discovered that the chickens after infected by E.necatrix, the parenchymal cells, which in thymus, bursa of Fabricius, the spleen, the jejunum and the caecum, nucleus shrinkage, the chromatin concentr or the dissolve; mitochondrium swelling, vacuolization,cristae break even disappear; Rough endoplasmic reticulum expansion; The secretion in intestines beaker cell increases, indicated E.necatrix may result in serious subcellular damage in infected chickens5.Contrast to infected by E.necatrix twice, chickens inoculate one time big dose E.necatrix,it is obvious on pathology change occurrence, persistence time and Severity; these indicated that E.necatrix infection dose and the number of times also are one of main factors that effect its pathopoiesis.
