Three hybrid rice varieties of significant difference in panicle type and growthduration, Fu YouⅠ, D You 527 and Gang You 881, were used to study the effects ofleaf and root senescence, and the impact on yield, under different Tillage andcultivation modes (NTHSCTR, NTLSCTR, PTCTR, PTTR). The results showed asfollows:1. NTCTR increased the SPAD value and SPC of leaf, compared to PTCTR andPTTR, the SPAD value of NTHSCTR increased by 3.43%,3.54% respectively, theSPC increased by 13.57%,15.26% respectively, the SPAD value of NTLSCTRincreased by 2.22%,2.32% respectively, and the SPC increased by 6.67%,8.26%respectively, and a slower decline, thus delaying the leaf senescence. Among thethree hybrid rice varieties, the SPAD value and SPC of Gang You 881 declinedslowest, Fu YouⅠsecondly, and D You 527 declined was the fastest.2. NTCTR decreased the POD activities of leaf days after heading, increasedthe activities of SOD and CAT in the late growth duration(21 days after heading),compared to PTCTR and PTTR, under NTHSCTR the activities of POD decreasedby 21.04%,15.78% respectively, the activities of SOD increased by 16.81%,8.82%respectively, the activities of CAT increased by 43.43%,27.06% respectively; underNTLSCTR the activities of POD decreased by 13.00%,9.95% respectively, theactivities of SOD increased by 13.41%,5.65% respectively, the activities of CATincreased by 20.00%,6.31% respectively. Three enzymes synergies reduce the rateof O2- production speed and MDA content (7 days after heading), under NTHSCTRthe rate of O2- production speed decreased by 29.87%,18.75% respectively, MDAcontent decreased by 9.84%,7.08% respectively, under NTLSCTR the rate of O2-production speed decreased by 25.95%,15.16% respectively, MDA contentdecreased by 9.91%,7.14% respectively, thus eased the speed of chlorophylldegradation and membrane peroxide, which effectively eased the leaf senescence.Among the three hybrid rice varieties, Gang You 881 aging of late (14 days afterheading), Fu YouⅠand D You 527 aging of earlier (7 days after heading), butgrouting late stage Fu YouⅠpriority of the strongest anti-aging, D You 527 was theweakest.3. The RA of NTLSCTR was strongest than the other three tillage and cultivationmethods(NTHSCTR, PTCTR and PTTR), it increased by 21.52%,9.13%,12.68%respectively, and down slowly, only 116.81%, but other three tillage and cultivation methods declined by 220.57%,200.60%,147.05% respectively. Among the threehybrid rice varieties, after heading the RA of Gang You 881 was best stong, but FuYouⅠdeclined was slowest, D You 527 declined was fastest.4. NTCTR promotion the carbohydrate accumulation of leaf(0-14 days afterheading), The carbohydrate content of NTHSCTR increased by 17.93%,6.56%respectively than PTCTR and PTTR, NTLSCTR increased by 10.38% than PTCTR,but with PTTR nearly have not differenc, moreover NTCTR lengthen about 7 daysof the carbohydrate output than the other two Cultivation ways, it was effective toguarantee the accumulation and output of carbohydrate. Among the three hybridrice varieties, the accumulation and output capacity of carbohydrate Gang You 881was stongest.5. Cast -transplanting rice was more conducive to the accumulation of biologicalquantity, especially the key period (heading stage-mature stage)of economics-yieldformation, biomass accumulation of NTCTR was most rapid, after heading thevarious organs still could maintain strong growth momentum. Among the three hybridrice varieties, before booting the upside various organs dry weight was Fu YouⅠ>DYou 527>Gang You 881, after the booting Gang You 881 increased was most rapid.6. The yield difference between NTCTR and plough tillage(cast-plantingrice/transplanting rice) was not significant. The effective spikes significantlyincreased to make up for the inadequate of panicle type poor quality (Spikelets perpanicle and Filled grain per panicle significantly lower PTTR), so their yieldbasically same. Among the three hybrid rice varieties, D You 527 was the lowestfilled grains, but the 1000-grain weight higher than the other two varietiessignificantly, effective spikes also were more, thus the yield was highest; FuYouⅠeffective spikes was most, but the 1000-grain weight was lower, yield Second;Although Gang You 881 panicle biggst and most grains, but the effective spikessignificantly lower than the other two varieties, the 1000-grain weight also lowest,thus the yield was lowest.
