The amount of animal manure emission keep increasing , while breed industry are blooming. With the intensive husbandry, more poultry manure casused serious environment pollution, on the other hand, however if we dealed with well. Disposal of these poultry manure rightly to make them become fertilizer for us is not impossible. Concerning the safty of technology, operation management of production and investment angle of company, it is eligible to deal with the poultry manure in composting at present in our country. However, the compost cycle takes too long time, and there is lots of dysodia produced in the process. The component of dysodia is complex, contains ammonia, sulphide, amine and some kinds of fatty acids, Not only cause the environment pollution ,but also bring the harmness to human health. The focal point of our research is that creening the effect deodorization strains from the poultry compost, the relationship of strains combined ecosystem. After adding the effect deodorization strains combined, reduce the volatilization of dysodia and prevent the lose of nitrogen. Meanwhile, investigating the associativity between effect deodorization strains and digest of compost, finding out the microbe can reduce the volatilization of dysodia and promoting the digest of compost is task of our study. The results are as follow:(1) Considering the proportion of screening the effect deodorization strains from species of microbe, the fungi is better comparing the bacterium, the third is antinomycete.(2) The order of deodorization effect is: fungi > bacterium > antinomycete.(3) The mesophilic strains performed best in compost. The major parts of effect deodorization strains came from the mesophilic phase, and then high-temperature phase.(4) The results shows that the microbes combined performed better than the one strains only in deodorizing dysodia in compost. The best group is bacterium-fungi.(5) Results of ecosystem shows that antagonism exits between antinomycete and bacterium, also fungi, and no among bacterium and fungi.(6) There is some associativity between changes of ammonia, sulphide, amine's volatility and digest of compost. The volatility of dysodia perhaps become a standard of digest of aerobic compost in future.(7) Through the identification of effect deodorization strains. Bacterium: bacillus, Pseudomonas, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus. Fungi: Trichoderma, Penicillium, Aspergillus, Verticillium. This results shows that synergy of microbial combination communities is the reason of deodorizing dysodia in aerobic compost.
