Rape is the largest oilseed crop acreage in the world, and it is also one of the majoroil-bearing crops in China. Perennial shortfall in domestic edible vegetable oil is aboutthree million -four million tones. The rapeseed is the best raw material to develop thebiological diesel oil, therefore, the strategic value of rape worth our further attention.Many studies and practice showed that the rapeseed hybrids have obvious advantages. Asthe male and female parents, it can be chosen from rape conventional varieties freely.CHA system is an important method to produce hybrids Rape seed. CHA system freedomof choice means parents can use the advantages of conventional varieties directly.Rapeseed hybrids become the main advantage of using the channels.Liu Zhiyong and other studies,it have shown that the Chemical Hybridization AgentsWP and YB induced the male of rape sterility thoroughly, however,it is not affect fertilityof rape pistil. On the basis of this study, this paper studies the mechanism of male sterilityinduced by WP and YB, the mechanism is included: ethylene content in the leaves; SOD,CAT and POD activity of leaves and buds; soluble protein content of leaves and buds;changes in the free amino acid and free proline content of leaves and buds, and thecontent of chlorophyll, plant hormones. The results are as follows:1. Chemical Hybridization Agents WP and YB induced the male of rape sterilitythoroughly, however, it is not affect fertility of rape pistil.2. Through dealing with WP, the buds of infertility ethylene production increasedsignificantly.3. Through the measuring soluble protein content of leaves and buds, it found thatsoluble protein content reduced after the leaves and buds were induced by WP and YB.4. Though determining free amino acids of leaves and buds induced by ChemicalHybridization Agents WP and YB, leaves and buds and free amino acid content issignificantly lower.5. On determining leaves and buds of free proline, the content of free proline ofleaves was significantly higher, and the content of free proline of buds is significantlylower.6. On determining the leaves and buds of intracellular reactive oxygen scavengingenzymes SOD, CAT and POD, through inducing by WP and YB, the POD of leaves issignificantly lower. However, SOD and CAT activity is higher. Bud is on the contrary,POD was significantly higher, SOD and CAT were lower. 7. Determining the content of plant hormones of the leaves, through inducing by WPit found three samples of plant hormones is significantly lower. IAA is most obviously.8. Determining the content of chlorophyll of leaves, it showed no change. ChemicalHybridization Agents WP has little effect on the chlorophyll.Ethylene production is increased, and it leads to a series of ethylene-relatedphysiological and biochemical changes. Soluble protein content reduced affects thenormal metabolism of protein. Significantly reduce the total number of amino acids,amino acid type and quantity of signs that the relative decrease in protein metabolism,and it leads to obstacle. The free proline of leaves not to anther, therefore, it accumulatestoo much free proline, however, too little free proline in anthers. Oxydase change whichwould lead to the accumulation of intracellular, membrane lipid peroxidation intensified,in the development process, the pollen cell membrane and membrane degradationdisintegration, Serious imbalance in the balance of hormones to prevent the normaldevelopment of pollen. Therefore, it affected the normal expression of fertility. ChemicalHybridization Agents WP and the YB influencerape's these physiological biochemistrytargets changes are out of balance. Thus, they lead to pollen sterility.
