The bamboo forest is high-efficient advantage forest in our country, the bamboo forest cultivation and the management have become the important contents of forest cultivation in our country specially southern and collective forest regions. The area of Phyllostachys pubescens,Phyllostachys praecox and other economic bamboos are more and more bigger, and the development and utilization are more and more higher, all produced very and profound influence to economy, planting bamboos peasantries'income...etc. in the place. Study economic bamboo's chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and its photosynthesis , the aim is that choose for its good species and provide scientific basis to its efficiently planting. The experimental material is Phyllostachys pubescens, Phyllostachys praecox and Indocalamus ssp., we measuresed a series of PAR ameter of their chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthesis...etc., and pass to analyze the relationship of three economic bamboos'chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic and ecosystem adaptability, growth characteristic...etc. to know the respond of the three economic bamboo in typical model environments, such as strong light and low temperature...etc. and its photosynthesis position effect. The result indicated that, the chlorophyll fluorescence determination to need the dark adaptation time, the chlorophyll content in different seasons and so on are different of the three economic bamboos; The PAR ameters of Fv/Fm,ΦPSII, qP, qN have the obvious different responses to the PAR and the temperature, they can be used to appraise plants'performance to tolerance the restrain of light and temperature and so on; according to this, we chose some Indocalamus ssp. such as I.barbatus ,I. pumilus that can stand the low temperature stress, and chose some ones such as I.guangdongensis can stand the high light and high temperature. Different bamboo ages, different positions, dissimilarity farming methods all can influence the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristic and photosynthesis performance of the bamboo. The SPAD andΦPSII of the Phyllostachys praecox having been overlaid are higher than that's having been not overlaid ; the position effect is obvious of Phyllostachys pubescens, different crown layers, different directions have sign difference such as opposite chlorophyll content, gas exchange PAR ameter and chlorophyll fluorescence etc. The Pn's diurnal change of Phyllostachys pubescens present double peaks type, the occurrence only matches " noon break " phenomenon, the mesophyll cell's capability is the reason of photosynthesis depress in the noon.The chlorophyll fluorescence PARameter F0, Fm, Fv/Fm,ΦPSII, qP, qN, ETR all exists an obvious diurnal change, in which Fv/Fm,ΦPSII, Fm, the qP rises after all presenting to descend first of the "V" type distribute, being as low as the lowest value in a day under the strong light of the noon; The qN descends after then presenting to rise first of trend, at noon divide to attain a peak within a day value, the difference is thatΦPSII of Indocalamus ssp.under low temperature or high light stess conditions present "W" type to distribute.
