Based on Phyllostachys pubescens as the object, studies the traditional hills, and non-uniform "strips and scale-hole fertilization method" distance of 2 m,2.5 m and 3 m different fertilizing, such as the impact on the photosynthetic characteristics of moso bamboo forest. Research in fertilizer rate consistent case, in view of the bamboo (I, II, III) blade of leaf area, dry weight, enzyme activity, photosynthetic pigments and relative chlorophyll content such as the target to determine the dynamic, chlorophyll fluorescence spectrometer, and reflected the spectrometer on living condition, the bamboo leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and spectral characteristic index determination,. The main conclusions are as following:1. Through the bamboo leaf chlorophyll fluorescence chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, the light response curve change research. Bamboo leaf light energy use efficiency of size:2 m treatment with 2.5 m higher than hill, treatment with 3 m, no fertilizer treatment is minimal. That 2 m with 2.5 m fertilizer to improve the bamboo leaves PSII photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), the largest quantum efficiency of PSII (Y(II)) and light chemical quenching coefficient (qP), reduce the coefficient of photochemical quenching (NPQ). Five different fertilization treatments of maximum photosynthetic electron transport rate (ETR) laws for:2 m treatment above 2.5 m higher than hill, treatment with 3 m, no fertilizer treatment is minimal.2. According to the spectral reflectance characteristics analysis indicated that the bamboo leaf spectral features and sensitive wave bands, the overall performance:bamboo leaf spectral curve to absorb blue light red light band and green wavelengths reflected; Bamboo leaf spectral reflectance difference significant, green area shows:2 m with 2.5 m deal with less than hill, treatment with 3 m, the largest no fertilizer treatment. In the visible band, no fertilizer treatment is higher than the other four kinds of fertilizer application of spectral reflectance, fertilizer can increase the chlorophyll content and photosynthesis, which is conducive to the accumulation of dry matter and rapid growth.3. The moso bamboo forest, the local cities of the Long Quan in 6-12 month between 5 kinds of fertilizer treatments exist significant differences (P< 0.01). This studies shows that three years bamboo age dynamic change rule similar to that of chlorophyll relative content of size:2 m and 2.5 m deal with the relative contents of chlorophyll, hill, treatment with 3 m times. Fertilization improved the bamboo leaves Chla, Chlb, ChlT and Car content, and fertilizer reduce the value of bamboo chlorophyll a/b.4. Fertilization changed the bamboo leaf physiological characteristics, improve the activity of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase. NR activity and GS activity showed that fertilization treatment is higher than the no fertilizer. October is higher than in December than in August.5. The application of bamboo leaf area and dry weight of leaf from young bamboo period to change period there was no significant difference (P< 0.05), bamboo leaf area of leaf area is higher than the overall October in August and December, leaf area was 164.15 in October, respectively,3.6%,2.4% more than in August. From the point of view of different age of bamboo:I bamboo bamboo>> Ⅲ degree Ⅱ degrees of bamboo. Results show that there was no significant difference between the groups, suggesting that relations between bamboo leaf size and fertilization.6. Bamboo shoots with Lin in winter bamboo shoot (quantity), bamboo shoots yield (quantity) and the total weight, total quantity of bamboo, bamboo shoots, average weight increase to some extent, its size is shown as:T2 processing, treatment T1 and T3 treatment times CK treatment was poor.
